Cuyunas doing mountain biking right!!! We live within 30 mins of the Cuyuna trails, so we just grab our bikes and go riding after work several days a week and on weekends. We also go kayaking here. The lakes are beautiful and crystal clear along the shorelines. You can see deep down into the water. It’s just beautiful and so peaceful on the water.

The trails at Cuyuna are great for beginners, each offering beautiful views of the many mine lakes. A perfect trip for families and kids. The surrounding towns also have good food and a cute local vibe.

If Cuyuna isn't the best Mountain biking spot in the state, it's one of the best. Even better, it's so well designed that it doesn't suffer the constant closings that many of the twin cities trails are plagued with. The general rule at Cuyuna is "if the parking lot is dry, it's good to ride". One of my recent trips, it started to sprinkle as I was finishing up. Very few spots even got wet and anything that hit the trail soak right up.In general there is an easy trail (be cautious because this will be difficult for beginners) and there are a series of medium to hard trails. Most of those are designed so there is very short, somewhat hard climb followed by long flowy rollers. They are very fun.The park has changing areas, toilets, water, maps, picnic area, bike tool station, swimming beach for cleaning off after.I always finish my be riding over to the Yawley Area and riding Bobsled. Super fun 10 min ride.Lastly this is a state Recreation area so if you don't have a state park pass, you need to buy a day pass.

A must for any mountain biker in Minnesota! Trails are dry within 2 hours of rain and there is more variety in terrain here than anywhere else in MN!Local camping, canoeing, kayaking, a brewery, bike shops, coffee shops, are all supported by the trail system.Go and check it out! Spend a few days, or a week.

Some really great riding in Minnesota. Some of the trails were closed when we were there so we are looking forward to a return trip in June. Very easy climbing and good fast flowy runs. Just don’t wear anything that you worried about as the shred the red comment holds true. Well worth the trip

These trails are amazing and they are adding more soon! Can't say enough good things about this place. Red Rider was a nice place to stay at as well. Beaufort scenery, excellent experience. Locals are all very nice too

This trail system is fantastic. Plenty of options for all skill levels. A place you can ride all day! Plenty of spots to picnic as well. Bring a swimsuit for a quick swim in the lakes too.

This Mountain bike park is far superior to anything else I have seen in the state. Great job builders, keep it up! I look forward to my annual trip here every year.

Some of the best riding I've ever had. Fantastic. Can not recommend enough. That said, put on your climbing shoes... you'll need them. 15 miles gave us 1000+ of elevation gain

Actually had a hard time finding the "main trial." We ended up just going on small loops all over. Maybe that was just our stupidity. Look the map over well before!Other than that trails were great and well kept, biggest jumps we've seen in all MN.

Love this place! Great mountain bike trails. Had a lot of fun on the downward part of sandhog mountain, chute, rolly polly, and bobsled. Recommend trying those.

Really a special place. Took my 6.5 year old here for the first time. There really are trails for every skill level. We ride the green trails for a full half day. Then spent the second half of the day fishing and swimming. Maps and signage could be improved on, we will be back.

Absolutely loved it! And I'm certain we only scratched the surface of what it has to offer. My 12 year old nephews loved the pump track and the galloping goose trail. What a gorgeous place!

I only had an hour to ride, but that was plenty of time to get my bike dirty with the red dirt. The trail maintenance was perfect, plenty of signage to find my way around, and plenty of views of central Minnesota.

Awesome trails here in Cuyuna. You do have to pay to park at the trailhead (or have a state park pass) but they have bathrooms, changing stalls, a bike wash, pavilions, and swimming spot in addition to the fantastic bike trails.

Very well maintained trails rideable within a short time of rain. Trails are clearly marked and uni‐directional so you don't need to worry about running into people. Offers something for everyone from fast and flowy to a tabletop jump line and drops. There is a paved trail too but unsure of its distance. Plenty of eating and drinking options in town. If you're in the area it's a no‐brainer to ride these trails. If you're coming from a distance, stay somewhere you can ride out your backdoor ala Red Rider Resort or True North Basecamp. Even if you stay in town, trail access is very easy and a very short distance.

Absolutely incredible trails! I am especially impressed by the green beginner trails. I sincerely hope the North-east region of the arrowhead will build more solid flow trails.
