First time experience for our 5 dogs. They were there for basically 5 days and had grooming while there? They had a great time, they looked great when we picked him up and they were very happy. Great first experience. Thank you.

We left our 2 dogs for a week with J&M for the first time ever boarding them. I was really nervous about leaving my two spoiled couch potatoes. My first impression of the facility was very positive. It was clean and although I didn't see the actual kennel room, I couldn't smell any foul smell despite it being just behind a door. I loved the fact that each kennel has an indoor and an outdoor space.I wasn't sure if my dogs would be good with other dogs in group play so they put them out separately at first, then slowly integrated them in with the other dogs. I was so happy to hear that they did great and enjoyed playing with the other dogs!I called a few times while I was away to check on them and each time, Jon always answered the phone and was very patient and kind.When I picked them up, they were calm and seemed quite content.We will definitely bring them back when we leave town again.

What a wonderful place for your fur baby. My pup was very well taken care of. The day after he came home he had a little issue with his eye. I called the kennel with my concern and they were very concerned. The owner even called me to check up on my pup.. I will never use another place. 1000% recommended

Our first experience with J&M was fantastic, They boarded our 7month Golden for 5 days. Everything about this facility is first class.Very clean and very professional. We could tell right away when we picked up our dog ,she was well cared for. Its a great feeling to know you can leave your dog there and have no worries. We will use this service again and highly recommend it
