I cannot thank this place enough. My husband had a drill weekend with a Christmas party afterwards. I naturally wanted to go with however was stuck in the car for 5+ hours in the morning hours. This hotel allowed me to check in early so that I could get much needed sleep and I wasn’t stuck in a car till 3pm in the cold. Thank you so much for finding a room for us before check in I can’t thank you all enough. The place was extremely clean and had a great breakfast.

CLEAN as it's a newer hotel.Unfortunately the building design and construction leaves the hallway running or heavy steps as completely disturbing while inside your room. The typical walking by or as the children do, run by (all hours from 8 am to 10 pm),.makes a low vibration with a deep thundering resonance which causes headaches.We would recommend staying ONLY when NO children's sports tourneys are visiting town as these parents of kids do not tell their children to "Play & run OUTSIDE as other People are in this Hotel and PAID TO STAY" because they truly treat the hotel as a running track.Hotel staff says "quiet hours are 10p-8am." It's not about quiet it's about the building shaking &! resounding with noise & movement.THIS is the complete ruin of hotel stay.Rooms: Hollow walls and cheapconstruction, not quiet, as hallway noise resounding & deep low vibration frequency from throughout the hotel from kids running all floors and hallways.

I just called to ask for an event room for a birthday party.I’m writing this review for the horrible lady on the phone. Very rude and condescending.She told me they don’t do birthday parties but from my research you’ve had guests write reviews about having birthday parties/parties at your hotel!!!! Your front desk staff are lying to your customers.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Rather than having the buffet style breakfast, or none at all, we were able to order what we wanted off the list the night before and they delivered it to our room. There isn't a bar but when we arrived Friday they were offering free drinks (very limited selection but not complaining) at the front desk from 5 to 7 I believe, which was a nice surprise. The pool area was clean and spacious. There's a small gym with a good variety of equipment. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Now I understand why I was told that this is the best hotel in the area. I stayed for 2 weeks and not a single complaint. The front desk workers were always amazing and made my stay more than pleasant. If I am ever back in the area this would be the only hotel I would stay at.Rooms: Very nice and clean room, the curtains were black out and let almost no light through.Walkability: One parking lot away from a Walmart, very nice if you are without a car.Food & drinks: Definitely the best continental breakfast I have had at a hotel in years, even pre-covid.Noteworthy details: Front desk is staffed 24 hours and they will go out of their way to help you.

Desk staff last night 1/29 was great! I forgot his name. Rooms were decent. We had one party of our group stay in the rooms above the breakfast hall on 2nd floor. This room would have been better suited for me, who's deaf because of the noise from the common area. Breakfast choices were decent. Kids enjoyed the pool.

The hotel was newly updated, nice beds and bathrooms. The suites are a great size for my family of 5. We used the pull out and it was good for my teen. Nice breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Comfortable, clean, nice exercise room and nice pool. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Oh don’t you love it when a simple chain hotel turns out to be wonderful? Staff were so cheerful and friendly - front desk in the evening for check in, breakfast in room service (standard practice during covid times). Very very clean. And I love that breakfast came in molded fiber package instead of styrofoam (though I suppose a washable ceramic plates would have been more sustainable). Thanks Comfort inn!

Came here for the weekend to relax. They were currently renovating. Rented a Jacuzzi suite. Beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows! Hot tub was great! The breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've encountered (personally)! Fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, plenty of coffee, milk and juices!! Staff was very polite and the customer service was way better than when it was a Holiday Inn! Plenty of places around the area to go grab a bite to eat or get delivery! Only complaint I would say I had during my stay was there was a hockey tournament going on, so the place was extremely packed (so using the pool was almost impossible) and had kids literally running up and down the halls knocking and pounding on doors from around dinner time up til around 10pm or so.. Overall it was still a decent relaxing experience and if you're looking for comfort and a great breakfast, don't hesitate to look into getting a room here! (Hopefully it won't be hockey season for you like it was for us)..

We stayed at this motel on our way to Canada (from Illinois) for a 4 guy fishing trip. What a beautiful place with super clean rooms. The staff was friendly but what was most striking was how new and clean the place was. Also, instead of the normal free breakfast buffet, the items were delivered directly to the room - like a high end hotel. We just had to put our order on the door knob before 3 am. LOL. Even though the motel is maybe 1 mile off Hwy 53 (the route to Canada), it was well worth the 1 minute jaunt. We couldn't have stayed in a nicer place. High marks!!

I stayed at the hotel twice last month. The first stay there were used fake eyelashes on the counter, I stay in a lot of hotels and understand that house keeping isn’t always perfect BUT.......The second stay I was put in the same exact room and this time it was unacceptable.....the door was propped open with the deadbolt, beds were made terribly with a stain on the bedding, there was a strong smell of cologne in the room and the refrigerator was full of food and some of which had spilled. This is supposedly the nicest hotel in the area......SAD. I have attempted to let someone from the hotel and choice know about this but haven’t been able to speak with anyone so I am now leaving this review here in hopes it will help someone fix the issue.

We were disappointed right off the bat. We reserved a king bed for 2 nights and got two queens. It's like ordering a steak and getting chicken. There was no explanation to why when we asked. House keeping does a great job. Outside our room window, sits 2 grills big ashtray and picnic tables. Not very exciting. Breakfast was a joke. Very disappointed

Room was clean and breakfast is good. I hardly ever have good luck with internet over the years that I have stayed here. It tends to disconnect regularly and is not very fast. In order to troubleshoot the internet it is the guests responsibility to contact the wifi provider to troubleshoot it. The last time I stayed it hardly worked for 2 days then I had to spend 2 hours on the phone troubleshooting it with the provider.

This newer property started out as a Holiday Inn Express and is now operating as a Comfort Inn and Suites. The lobby and breakfast area have a warm rustic feel. The rooms and in-house amenities are well taken care of and very clean. Since this is one of the more premium lodging spots in the area, room rates are a shade above the market average but well worth it.

I stayed here 2 nights for a work trip. The place is clean and the beds are really comfortable. Because of some covid precautions, they deliver hot breakfast via room service and it was spectacular. The hot breakfast options vary each day which is nice. The staff was also very friendly.
