Really good experience at this location. Checked in at the guard shack and I was given a door. Typical Walmart, backed up to door. Slide tandems back, chocked wheel and disconnect red air line. Do not disconnect from trailer. Walk up to receiving office, turn in paperwork Walk back to truck and they will call you to come back to pick up paperwork. Do not pull away from door without having your paperwork. Reasonable time for unloading.

The store is relatively organized. That's about all the good I can say. The store is grossly understaffed. I waited over 25 minutes for assistance in electronics. The grocery selection is poor. An example: After 3 visits, I have yet to find caffeine-free diet Coke in stock. The selection in the departments I visited was poor. I waited 30 minutes in a check-out line so I could scan and bag my purchases. Understaffed and understocked would be my takeaway. Plan to spend twice the time you would expect to spend for your shopping trip, and come away missing items from your list. There is nothing super about this Super Walmart.

I used to like this store mainly because of some products variety and few friendly employees.Walmart also has a staff member whom they call Melissa TL.It looks like she was not trained for her job and as a result her behaviour is misleading.She accepted to put on hold several items for me as I left my wallet in my other purse,when switching them for the day.She asked for my name,wrote it down and took the bag with items.I said I would return the same day as soon as possible.I did,indeed,in approx.2 hours,with my credit card to pay for the items.Associates could not find the bag anywhere.I spoke to the manager and he informed that,according to the store policy,no items can be put on hold.In his next sentence he added that they can be put on hold for an hour,according to the store policy.I requested to see the store policy in writing.He looked like he did not hear the request.I repeated,he did not respond.On the customer’s request the store policy should be available in writing in a printed or online versions.Both employees behaviours should be concerning to the company.Staff member called Melissa TL had to inform me,but she did not,for how long she could keep items or,if she could not - to be clear about it.Ridiculous,wasn’t it?

If you are a white and republican or like mossy oak, I DO NOT recommend stepping foot in this store.My husband and I work 4 12 hour days, so we come in on Fridays (or we used to anyway) EVERY single time we've been in there over the last year we have been blatantly followed by the same Somali girl, don't know her name as she never seems to have her name tag on. (could have sworn it was policy to wear one ) following customers around the store, when you have EVERY valuable item locked behind glass is pretty obviously discrimination, because the customer CAN'T steal anything other than the low cost/high mark up products. If my 30 years of retail and lost prevention experience have taught me anything it's that fact. So it's pretty obvious why a Somali girl would harass two married middle aged white Christians. It's her own little jihad.

I’m truly sick and tired of self check out and no cashiers to ring up huge orders. Self checkout shone 20 items or less. I might prevent 70% of theft I see happening. Cashiers should be there for people with heaping carts holding up the line taking 20 minutes or more to scan all their items. Vent over.

The layout for the entrance/exit is absolutely ridiculous and blows my mind every time I go there! They need to hold off on bringing all of the replenishment stock out so early. They literally pack the isles with crates so that it is almost impossible to get to the other side of the isle... Sometimes they block the intersections of the isles for half the store!

Clean for a Walmart. Decent selection, some nice items on clearance. Wish there was more selection of fresh foods, fruits and veggies, etc.

Is what it is. Bathroom was not cleaned. Isles were narrow with workers carts in front of shelves blocking what you were trying to find. Not the employee's fault, just miss managed.

They have a 5 star pharmacy I have been a very forgetful client and they are always welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.

It was a Wal-Mart full of Wal-Marty stuff and people doing Wal-Marty things. There is nothing special about it, but there's nothing wrong with it either. The store was clean and organized, which now that I think about it... compared to some Wal-Marts I've visited, being clean and organized is actually kind of special, so for that alone, I'm gonna get a little crazy here and bump this up to 4 stars.Seriously though, this location is a nice store. It's always clean and organized and always seems to have enough staff on hand to keep lines pretty short and get you checked out pretty quick. I can't really ask for much more than that.Wait. Yes, I can. Grocery inventory could be better. There is usually at least one item from my grocery list that is out of stock (and im not talking about something weird like avacado cupcakes or something, I'm talking about stuff like Ranch dressing or saltine crackers or milk, you know, like normal stuff). But it's not a Super Wal-Mart, so I guess it is to be expected to a degree.I also hate it when they ask to see my receipt. I JUST PAID FOR IT! IT'S MY STUFF. I OWN IT! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT!But that's a whole different discussion for a whole different platform, so I'll just leave it at that and move on with my review.Actually... that's all I have for this review so... The End.

This Walmart at IGH is very clean and well lit. It has everything a Walmart usually has. It is not a Super Walmart however with groceries. The cashier was friendly and nice.

Very helpful staff, actually tried to help me find what I was searching for and tried to find a backup when the first item was out of stock. So I was actually shocked a knowledgeable employee was around for once. Very great visit, definitely one of my top go to Walmarts in the twin cities area.

Clean, nice store. Employees kind of suck though. Typical Wal-Mart. They hire people who will stay intead of the best employees. You can get what you want there. They have a good stock of items, so it's a good bet I will be back. Had a really nice clerk this morning. Makes shopping go much better!! Good shopping! Had a manager check us out today in the sporting goods department. They picked the right person to lead!!

On 02-11-21 my friend bought a box of Hostess Cupcakes at this Walmart. He came back to my house and opened one in a dark room (tv only was on) He took a bite and it was so hard. When he turned the light on he found that instead of the icing being dark brown it was a sickly looking light color. Upon checking for a date on the box he found a date of 10-22-19! That is 17 months ago! How does something like this even happen?

Helpful staff! I ordered groceries from online, for pickup. A staff named Moises helped me and was being very nice and professional. Some employees have to learn from him on how to treat customers. Thank you Moises for giving us a good customer service experience.
