The store always has what I need, and they price match which is convenient. I was in on Sunday and had the most positive experience because of two employees (which compelled me to write a public review): Charles and Kyle. Charles was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable - seamlessly helping direct me to where the items I needed were in the store and matching prices for items I found on the TSCo website. Kyle meticulously and patiently helped me load up a cattle panel and t posts in my SUV and was so kind. Both of these folks were 100% customer focused.

I'm not a farmer, but have found some good unconventional uses for some of their products like many other people have. I bought horse stall matts to make a padded floor for my gym. They are indestructible and work very well and they actually look nice. Saved a fortune over actual padded gym flooring. I also bought a 100 Gallon Rubermaid stock tank to use as an ice bath for myself. Works very well! Again, saved a fortune and it is a good product. Highly recommend Tractor Supply Company!

I am writing to inform you of the disappointment I have been experiencing several times with your store. I live in Welch, Minnesota and drive 40 minutes to your store in Inver Grove Heights. Normally, regardless of weather, they have filled them for me, yet today they told me the pump would freeze up. The same gentleman, with a goatee who wouldn’t give his name, told me the same excuse last time and I went across the street to a holiday gas station who was able to refill my tanks, no problem.A funny thing, another gentleman just pulled up and they told him the gate was frozen shut.I’m just really disappointed in the service. I called your store in Prescott, WI (which is having the same weather, no snow, sunny, and 18°) to see if they could fill my tanks, and they said yes they could. I explained why I called first, and he didn’t seem surprised about the other store refusing service.Severe disappointment that I had to do so much driving!Richard WilliamsPs - the first time this happened, I write a complaint on the website, and was contacted by corporate saying the store manager would contact me, which never happened!

I went here for propane at 8:50, 10 minutes before they close. I'm travelling from Michigan with a camper to visit family and then I'm off to Florida. The person working there said sorry but the bay is closed at 8:30. I asked if he would make an exception this once because I'm travelling to Florida tomorrow. He said let me ask my manager. When called the manager on the radio, he asked, there is no more propane tonight right? That was a loaded question to deter his manager from helping me. There was not another soul there and he was just sitting there at the register. I was a customer in Michigan for a while, and had great experiences there, but after this experience, I will never shop at Tractor Supply Co. again.

I have always received great service every time I'm in here. I usually come here to fill up my propane tanks as they charge by the gallon and only charge what they fill. Most places charge a flat rate for whatever size you have. Makes it tough when you want to fill up half a tank to go ice fishing doe the weekend.Besides the fantastic price on propane their supplies are always well stocked and prices are great. Next time I'm in I will make more time to browse around.

The worker named Jessica is so rude and not helpful at all. We asked her for help and she I’ll get someone to help and we never got the help. Then after that she just had a horrible attitude and was rude to fellow customers as well. Many many people without masks in the store!!! Never going again! Wish I could put 0.

It would be great if they posted on there store hours that there propane hours are different! I drove 15 miles to fill 2 tanks. Store closes at 8pm, I arrive at 7pm and am told that they don't fill propane that late. I have filled there for the last few years and have filled all the way up to closing so I think it may have been lazy employees! Either way it was a waste of a drive and time as he would not fill my tanks!

It's a good place to go for various yard and home projects without having to go to a big box store. It can be more expensive sometimes but the tradeoff is having access to items if you have projects on acerage. The staff is friendly and well knowledgeable.

Found a kayak in stock at the Inver Grove location via their web site. Paid for it online and received my confirmation email stating I will receive another email when it is ready to pick up. Well, I received the next email stating my order is cancelled with no reason given. I can only assume that it is really not in stock. I wont be visiting Tractor Supply again.

Not very happy. I ordered two kayaks and paid $160 in shipping to get them to that location, and then when I pick them up they were both damaged and missing parts. They gave me some money back for the damage, but now I’m sitting three weeks later without the parts that were guaranteed to be shipped to me.

Billie (Billi?) at this store is AWESOME!!! She went above and beyond in customer service for me, and I don't even live close enough for hers to be my local TSC. She hunted down an item I wanted (that my TSC didn't carry) and found it at another store and made sure it got to where I could get it. She's awesome! You just don't find service like that anymore. I'd recommend this store to anyone in the area! Thanks Billie!!!!

I give it a 5 because there was nothing objectively wrong. It's a very farm-heavy store down to the music and apparel they sell. Not typically my kind of place but I'm restoring a vintage lawn tractor and thier paint options were great! And one of the only place I saw that had paint hardener.

Great Yard, Garden, & Outdoor supply store! Lots of unique products and Chicken-keeping supplies. The manager is very knowledgeable, having chickens herself, and is a great resource for backyard chicken-keeping!

So glad I didn't bring grandkids her to see baby chicks. They have them stacked in tiny cages, one above the other, like plants. No light, no room and quite a few dead ones. I told the clerk and all I got was, well maybe we'll get time to take care of it. They were wet and dirty and cold animal cruelty.

The IGH TS was on my 5 star list until one of the workers mixed up which other TS, Prior Lake or Prescott, had 2 of what I needed waiting for me at the front checkout on visit #8. To the young helper's credit it was a long drawn out boring process of about 45 min to get people at the other TS's to confirm that the items were available & put them aside for me. But the attention to detail was lacking when I got sent to the WRONG location. Otherwise great services available (propane tank refills), selection (Walmart & Target were out of bark collars), & pricing. That dang attention to detail still sticks with me though, but they're still getting my money.

Bought a 60 gallon Dewalt Compressor here that broke after less than a month of light use, and there is absolutely no warranty support. This broken tool has easily cost me a couple thousand dollars in lost work while waiting for the warranty support to not send parts. After weeks of waiting for parts and warranty support I called TSC, and they reluctantly agreed to take a return only after an extended conversation. At no paint has anyone from TSC said they are sorry for the inconvenience. I'll never get back the money in lost work as I have waited weeks for parts and spent hours on the phone with Dewalt/MAT industries. If I can help it I'll never buy from TSC or Dewalt again. I feel totally scammed by Tractor Supply and Dewalt. I worked a quality control and customer service job in a mechanical environment for many years so I usually have a fair amount of empathy for the folks on the other side of this, but I also know a warranty support shell game when I see one.
