Grateful Grooming did a great job trimming my dog, Dodger. Southview Animal Hospital recommended them for the care and handling of my old Addison's diseased buddy. Dodger needed pill sedatives, and an increase in his meds to get through the session. Grateful Grooming brought him in early and did some bonding w/ Dodger to lessen the stress. I am very happy with the results! Dodger is too! He must have been bound up by the fur mess and he can see better!

My senior Shih Tzu absolutely hates getting haircuts. When I came to pick her up,she looked very happy,before even noticing me. I'm glad I found a place where she leaves happy. She looks cute too!

Absolutely amazing treatment of my new, anxious rescue dog. She was the calmest I have seen her yet coming out of GG. She looked lovely, I got some great advice, and we have already booked a return visit. I am new to true grooming because my dogs before pretty much only shed, so I would give them baths and brush them. This is just a wonderful treat of a service, With the advice I need to best care for my new dog. Absolutely fantastic.

I have a very anxious toy poodle. We have had numerous groomers and salons over the years. Grateful Groomers is the only place we have used where she has come home less anxious than when she arrived. She also has a fear of other dogs, so imagine my surprise when I picked her up and she was happily hanging out with other dogs! Love this place!!

I have been using Amanda as our groomer for the past several years. I have two goldendoodles. They clearly love going to her shop as they can’t wait to get inside when we get there. Her love of dogs is obvious and she even sings to them! It’s a bit of a drive for us but totally worth it for the quality work and the reactions my dogs have toward her. I would highly recommend this place!

I have been taking our Bichon Frise to Amanda since she was 6 months old and now is 10. She is considered a no force Groomer so she finds alternative ways of grooming your dog so they are not stressed out. Amanda is kind gentle and will love your baby like her own. She can style your dog in a typical breed specific “do” or a more creative look and you can get color. Seri has a pink tail! She is very professional as well. There are clear COVID instructions in place for the Saftey of your dog.

Best groomer we have ever been to! She cares about the safety of the dogs, so she doesn’t leave a dog unattended to answer the phone. If you leave a message, she always calls back. We love her and so does our dog, he actually runs into her shop excited!

We brought our two small dogs in to get groomed at around 10:30am. It wasn't until almost 4:30pm before they got done with our dogs after they said 3 hours. When we tried calling for an update they didn't answer, they didn't call us back till hours later. When we got there to pick them up they told us they let our dogs play with other dogs WITHOUT telling us first. Can't imagine what could have happened if a bigger dog got a hold of my small dogs. And the real kicker after all of that it cost us $130. For two dogs that they kept for twice as long as they said. Never going back and definitely will recommend to my friends to go elsewhere because that experience was ridiculous.

Wow! I was so worried bringing my new to us Pomeranian in for a wash and dematting. They talked to me about it on the phone beforehand and gave us updates during the process. We didn't want him shaved and they made sure to not let that happen. They nailed it! I don't know how they did it but they did! Thank you for not shaving him!
