I’d like to acknowledge Elaine. She is the reason I come to this D.T. She is incredibly friendly, super helpful. Goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy when you leave and I ALWAYS leave with a big smile when she’s working. If anyone is a regular to this store they know and LOVE Elaine. I was the third customer in line today and the two people in front of me also complimented her on her amazing customer service skills. Please give her the biggest of raises, the best positions, she deserves the world and truly changed my opinion on dollar trees. She should train every employee. I love you Elaine thanks for all you do for us!

Excellent foundation and lipstick quality! I also got a blending brush. Who knew dollar store can have good make up? Also, the store was clean. Nice staff! They always ask you how your day is in that always brightens my day, which is probably their goal!

Love the older lady who works here. When I catch her name again I will mention it.The shelves are sometimes stocked but the majority of the time they have what I need. Never judged when I walk inor followed. This is my favorite dollar tree. A few employees are friendly, some are eh. Definitely need to stop with the strict hours and give their employees more hours because 2 people is not enough when the line is backed up, one on floor and one ringing is definitely not realistic to get anything done.

I’ve never been more disgusted as I was while checking out at the store in Inver Grove Heights. The cashier was puffing on an e-cig, and blew out the smoke as she turned to start scanning my items. I’ve never seen an employee smoking on the job, especially a cashier. It was sickening, She also acted as if I was disturbing her, because she was so unfriendly. Your company should not tolerate an employee like her. I don’t like cigarette smoke smell blown toward me at any store. Casinos don’t even allow smoking in their facilities these days!

Very much not stocked well when I was there but the trip was worth it as they did have what I needed. Able to get smaller amounts of Easter candy at a reasonable price and a reasonable amount for kids to have as other stores carry much larger bags of the same item and not everyone has 5 kids.

I've been coming to this Dollar Tree since they have opened it alot of the cashiers see me daily even 3 times a day sometimes. This store is my go to for everything since I live down the street but tonight I was very disappointed! I arrived to the store at 8:55pm and the Manager Robin tried to lock the door on me and say they were closed. I have always came in this store between 8:50pm and 9:00pm with no problem cause I'm pretty sure the store is suppose to close at 9pm! I only go late if there was something I absolutely need and it can't wait until the morning like toliet paper! Otherwise the rest of the employees are great and always friendly!

This place is always filthy as soon as you walk in the door the entry is disgusting, the floors are dirty, stock is messy. I don't think it has been cleaned since it opened. Too bad because I like a lot of the products but with all the disease around now, they really need to be doing a much better job.

I am no longer comfortable going to this location.An employee rudely asked me if I was pregnant (and I'm not). It's very upsetting to hear that, especially from a stranger, and in a professional setting!It's unfortunate as this is the closest location, but I will need drive further for a better experience.

The Dollar Tree is always great deals! The only thing that bothers me is there were alot of boxes blocking some aisles and not very clean in entry and only 2 carts available and there were not that many customers. Otherwise, love Dollar tree!

An employee cashier yesterday told me I looked angry and mean when I walked up to the register before saying a word, and then continued to harass me to smile the entire time he rang me out.Regardless of my expression, no woman is ever required to look pleasant or happy for any man.Hire with integrity.

Everything is $1 or less. This location has a frozen/refrigerated section, but has no eggs. At least, they had no eggs the two times I was there. (Perhaps they sell out fast.) Other than that, you can expect great products! They have brand-name products, but you get more weight of product when you buy the off-brand. For example, if you buy laundry detergent and bleach: You can get either 24oz of Clorox bleach, or a gallon (128oz) of generic bleach. You can get a bottle of brand-name detergent that will wash 12 loads of laundry, or you can get a bottle of generic detergent that will wash 32 loads of laundry. Shop smart, and Dollar Tree can save you a lot of money.

Customer service was wonderful, then things like today happen. They only have one cashier and the line is from the front of store to the back of the store and no one is comming up to help people check out. Then this young girl walks up to a register but she doesnt appear to be openning up...i ask her are you open..she just looks at me..i said your line here is across the store and begining to circle around again is there someone else who can help with this line. She tells me shes gonna ask the manager. The manager comes out of the office and looks irritated she was bothered and opens the register for the girl..and walks right back to the office. Im sorry with the check out line circling the store a second time she should start ringing people out period. Paperwork...lunch what not can wait...thats is part of being a manager...to help your customers...not make them leave full carts around tge store and walk out.

Very dirty store. I have never been in a store that was so messy and not clean. Every thing was out of place nothing stocked. I been in to many dollar trees this was the worse by far.

Good deals, but the shelves are often not well stocked or completely bare! If I want something, I need to go to the newer one by the IGH Walmart.

It's ok, although there stores hours are wrong on Google and it's now 10:15 am and I'm waiting outside the store with 4 other cars and the doors are still locked. I've witnessed about 5 other cars leave.

Love the store but there's no wheelchairs or electric scooters so it impossible for anybody to shop with a injury or something
