The store is a mess, shelves empty. Can only pay cash but you don’t know that until you get to the counter. The “manager” is rude and very unprofessional. 0-10 do not recommend.

I have to go with a 4 star for 2 reasons. First is the narrow lanes that are a bit difficult to navigate between floor displays and other customers. Second is for the lack of items being priced or actual pricetags being located under the items.But they do have a huge variety and selection of items!

The shelves were in disarray and the isles were cluttered..hears nothing but complaining from the staff and actually had to help a new clerk because of lack of leadership to train the personal. I truly believe that seeing the turnover in management is a Testament to the integrity of the company as a whole.

It a great store just very cluttered and hard to get through Isles with a cart. Or more then one person.

This 18yr old manager is working on the cheap. So she does not likeTo work too much. Stores a MESS and she's not willing to do western union money transfers with the mtc number western union provides. I had western union on the phone wanting to explain to how to use their system, she refused then had a personality disorder breakdown infront of me. Not her fault, district manager should definitely be fired.

Love this store. But don't care much for the major overflow of stuff everywhere. Very hard to get around most of the time. Could use some better organization and not have everything in the store out on the floor. Makes it look bad.

The International Falls Dollar general. The clothing aisle is all mixed up the kids clothes are mixed in with the the adults and boy and girls clothes, so confusing. They have items in more then one spot in the store. The Dollar general is very claustrophobic the aisle are only wide enough for one shopping cart and the shelves are very tall. Not much help from the staff and when I did ask for help the lady didn't know where the items were or if they stocked it.

I was told by the workers there that they are not honoring Veterans day when in fact Dollar General is honoring Veterans day with a 20% off. I was not given this benefit.

I don't like how they rearranged, everything in the store, there's nothing is tagged or prices, and most of the staff doesn't know customer service very well. Honest opinion.

I went at 1 to pick up the Diet Dr Pepper on sale for 5 for $10. The store did not open until 11 and by 1 I was told they were out of it and NO rain checks were being offered. This is day 1 of the 2 day sale. And they are out. Now why would you bother putting it in the ad?

The store is crowded and disorganized in the midst of this pandemic. Employees do not wear masks or gloves. The aisles are filled with people roaming around with no masks. Today, only one register was working, and the line went all the way to the back of the store forcing customers to stand in close proximity for over half an hour putting everyone at risk.

With all the moving of products around, there are some items you need to watch the price ringing up and what the price tag is on the shelves. They don't give you the price when it was obviously they're fault of putting the item on the shelf or hook.

I was shocked that the store was closed. I think they are having trouble finding the right employee's. It could be that the employees are not getting paid enough, and they're quitting.
