The staff is friendly and very helpful! I had to rent a trap to get my own cat back inside my house, because he was scared, and they were very prompt about getting me a trap, whether I left the deposit for it or not. I, of course, insisted on leaving the deposit. I love the borderlands Humane Society! And I recommend anyone who loves animals, to go up there for a little while in your free time, and play with the kitties or the puppies.

The staff are astounding! They take such great care for the animals before they find their forever homes and are diligent when placing them. I can't wait to find a new fur baby and work with these wonderful humans!

My cat ended up there and I had no idea. I was out of town. When I got back it was apparently too late. They wouldn't help me get him back and he has just been adopted to someone else. Every other shelter I know would help the pet get to the owner. I will never get to have my baby boy back.

When I called to get it set up to get my dogs the service was awesome but when I got them back my american bulldog german shepherd mix (who is supposed to be my guard dog and protection/service animal) now is scared of anyone new and tucks her tail between her legs and runs off and is now vicious toward other dogs (she used to be very friendly and out going unless she felt threatened or I was being threatened) I have a feeling that because she looks like a pit bull someone there treated her harshly and possibly beat her
