This was the largest pet store I have ever been in! This was a very clean store and had a phenomenal selection. I have been to hundreds of pets stores and I have never seen such an amazing store. We loved it and will definitely return! We bought quite a few things and the prices were the same as most of there stores.

Love the employees there. They are very kind and helpful. I've gotten many little animals from there and have adopted two cats over the years from them. Their cats are very, very sweet, and they don't do any additional charges. What you see for them is what you pay. I like that. And they are all healthy and well taken care of. The lady fostering them is super cool, and you can tell she loves them. You also get a book of coupons after you adopt that comes with a bag of free food and much, much more.

I called in for assistance with a dog food issue. Was in middle of switching brands of food for my dog and ran out of main food. I had several questions and also asked about availability for a small bag of the main food. Kel answered all my questions about availability, pick up procedures, and answered my questions concerning my switching of the food brands. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable about the brands involved, he was friendly and his customer service was exceptional. Do NOT go here if you are a first time animal owner. They really believe what they are telling you even if it is totally untrue. You can't tell the sex of a hamster unless it's pregnant? No fish should live in a bowl? I have been an animal lover and owner for over 50 years and I can tell the sex of a hamster AND I have had countless fish in my bowl, for years at a time.Two stars because their return policy is really good and they have a nice selection of pet food.

I am seriously mad about the service went to buy goldfish (which I have a 50 gallon tank for) and one of the staff members wouldn’t sell any fish and accused us of buying goldfish one other time and killing them, I have never done that and it angers me that they would accuse me of something like that I HAVE NEVER HARMED ANY FISH!! Would not recommend

Employees there are very rude and didn’t let me buy fish because apparently someone I was with had bought fish previously and killed them at target. She didn’t even ask about what we were doing, just said that we were fish killers and that we couldn’t buy fish, my other fish that I previously bought here are going to be very sad that they can’t have more fish friends. 1 star 😔

Great selection of dog foods, snacks and toys. Get on their rewards program I got a great deal on a dog bed, Maui loves it. We got a few Kong dog toys and he's having a blast with them. He's a happy boy!

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, usually a good selection of most items. However...as of 12/22 their fish tanks have been quarantined for months in one form or another. Very disconcerting that this is not able to be taken care in a timely manner. Would you adopt a cat or dog if half were diseased and roped off? Probably not.

Well when does a store that stays open till 9 lock their doors at 8:53. I was in need of kmr and some other supplies for a abandoned raccoon and ur doors are closed 7 mins early. What kind of service is this. I thought since ur a pet store u would be for animals but I guess u would rather have them..... wow just wow. Well I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere since u can't even stay open ur normal business hours. I think 1 star is to good but I can't give zero stars.

Awesome! Love walking my dog around the store. She loves all the free smells! I got 2 cans of food and a big bag of treats for under $8! Their clearance items are definitely worth checking out!

Your (friendly) pets ALWAYS welcome & loved on by staff. How cool it was to see Christmas stuff already on sale Christmas Eve. Most places make you wait until AFTER the holiday.Plus they walked me back to the grooming area where they gave me an exact price for my dog/service(s). I was able to buy a gift card for 2 visits.Don't forget your pups free treat at the counter.

Took my 14+ year old Lab in for his first professional bath & spa treatment. They quoted me a 2 hour time to do everything. Bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, deshedding treatment, and towel drying. I left to take care of some errands and was back sitting in the parking lot at the 2 hour mark when I received a call that he was done and ready to be picked up. Got in to pick him up and the attendants were very professional explaining how enjoyable it was to work with Buddy and everything they had done.I wouldn't hesitate to bring him back once a month. Just wouldn't get the deshedding treatment every time. That's $15 that's not necessary on a monthly basis. Twice or 3 times yearly is sufficient.

This was my first time in a Petsmart with my new dog. He freaked out some when we went in so at an employees suggestion I put him in one of their shopping carts and he was fine. Then this same employee took me to their high protein dog foods and explained some of the major differences between them. (My last dog got a major national brand which was very high in artificial ingredients) And the shelter recommended a high protein, grain free food. Once I decided on the food she showed me where the dog toys were, then left me to do whatever shopping Jimmy and I were going to do. That to me is how a clerk should treat customers. Give them the help they need, show them where certain products are that they need, then leave them to finish their business.I just wish I would have gotten her name as I would only deal with her whenever I go back.
