The check out ladies here are so rude. Especially the Morning lady that is usually the only open lane. She is always a crab, and never cares to smile she just looks like she's judging you from a mile away. Forget it if you use self checkout they seem annoyed of you and don't want to assist if something doesn't scan. Hate that this is the only option in the area. It's convenient but I can't stand the rudeness. Go elsewhere if you can.

No offense to any main stream grocery store that only provides real-estate space to garbage products. I'd wouldn't shop here if I were you. Educate the mind on ingredients and always read your labels and understand word play and the marketing scams they use to trick the mind into believing what they sell is worth buying

Very clean, always busy yet I always get help when I look as if I'm searching to hard for something or about to ask for help. Not an annoying or overwhelming way either. The people working are genuinely nice and make you feel happy instead of annoyed by grocery shopping and standing in line. Plenty of cashiers on hand and a few fast self check outs. Close to home and always stocked with what I cant find elsewhere.

Very clean Neighbor Grocery Store, everyone there are always helpful, it’s a fully staffed location, and the produce are always fresh and look delicious too, wellsfargo ATM, Duns Brothers Coffee shop & Liquor Store attached, kind of a one stop shop. Good prices & Great local place to shop.

Let's go foods was a convenient place to stop but if you're gonna get a lot of groceries , I would not suggest going there. It's just far too expensive, I know everywhere is more expensive, but they are extremely expensive.

I go to Hugo, MN. Once a month for coffee with a friend. I usually stop at Festival. I love this Festival. The deli section always has the best selection of salads. Bakery has delicious blueberry bagels. They taste like they are fresh out of the oven.

Very over priced produce and meats lately. They don't seem to realize we can get free delivery from Amazon Fresh/ Whole Foods now in this area, which charges less for a larger variety of natural and organic, and actually fresh food. The berries I bought today (for $5!!) weren't even organic, and half went in the trash because they were expired. That's an expensive snack of 8 berries! This is the recurring theme here--I have trashed numerous bins of berries lately. So disappointing because I love the staff-- they are friendly and helpful, every visit, but really cannot justify shopping here when prices are lower and food is fresher elsewhere. It's just good for an emergency run for me. Hope management sees honest reviews, as an opportunity to make changes.

Expensive, and their self-checkout registers are glitchy and don't work very well! For a higher-end grocer, their employees are usually. grumpy and very unfriendly. But it is conveniently located. They do have some high-quality, very nice produce, very friendly butchers , and a pretty good deli. Their bakery products can be good, but once again, they are very expensive!

Make more of the crisontwhich sandwiches. Specifically the three variety pack. You sell out before I can get there in the evening. Otherwise some great food that's a little over priced. What happened to the pre packaged beef tenderloin? Best tenderloin I've ever had but don't see it anymore.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. it is super clean and the staff are very polite and courteous. There is a coffee shop attached to the store. I love their Pepperidge Farm bread. The Pepperidge Farm swirls and buns are absolutely amazing.

Great festival. Gone here for a long time and have never had complaints. I just tried sushi their and actually would recommend. It’s rolled daily and is really good. Other selections of food are great and always fresh. Worth the extra buck or two I would spend somewhere else. High quality. Clean. Great service. Overall great experience that I would recommend.

**Update** I just had the best service from a cashier named Joe. Friendly and outgoing was such a delight. Oftentimes, teenagers aren't as excited to check out large orders. But Joe took it all in strides. Awesome kid that deserves a shout-out!** Had registers open and ready to keep the lines down. Friendly staff. Selection of items isn't as great.

The cashier was too busy talking to another co worker and ignore the customer and I say hi, how are you? And didn’t get no response back, she was too busy talking to her co worker and ignoring the customer just laughing and gigging which is rude. When I ask a question? I got ignore and that made me upset and that is not great customer service. Focus on your job and not on your co workers, you can do that on your break. Also, this was the worst experience ever! Next time, I will shop somewhere else…. Again, it rude to ignore a customer because they deserve to get better customer service to not get ignore.

First time visiting this Festival store. What a surprise for a small town area. Great layout, lots of special items in the deli area, which is where I found quart containers of fresh made soups, veggie and fruit trays, and in the nearby meat market a much larger than expected selection of meats and hot and cold pasta and vegetable dishes. A very pleasant and spacious atmosphere. BTW, soups were great!! The locals can be proud of their community grocery store!

The catering was amazing! We ordered the build a sandwich platter, fruit platter, and Veggie platter for my son's graduation. The pick up was super easy. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. We'll definitely be back.

It is a bit more expensive when shopping for groceries but the location has no competition. The location is clean and is nearby so I guess you can say that convenience comes at a cost. There's a Wells Fargo ATM and liquor attached so you can knock out a few trips.
