They have been wonderful with my needy English Bulldog! Whether it’s meds, getting him to eat, or taking care of folds and delicate eye issues I completely trust that my furry friend is in the best hands possible. My bully is happy to see Charlene which tells me he’s in a good place. We’ve been to a dozen other kennels and I’ve left feeling sick at how poorly he’s been cared for, but that has never happened here! My cat was equally taken care of and the grooming is fantastic! Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Our dog has been here at least 4 occassions and we never had a problem. Came home just fine. Had him bathed a few times too. Actually, our springer spaniel seemed happy every time he arrives. No anxiety; no problems.

I have used Bill Wundetlich's many times to board our dogs. I have always had luck scheduling with them, even with just a days notice. The dogs are treated well and get to play. They love it!

They do board cats!Had to go to WY for business for two months recently- they took my Selena in no problem, and on short notice. She was so content with the owners when I came to pick her up, she didn't want to leave :-)

Was extremely disappointed with this kennel and we will not be returning. We were told that we could pay for additional time out of the kennel.. *we chose the max of 5 additional times out at a dollar each.. thinking this was pretty cheap*.. I am not questioning if any of that was worth it. We provided the kennel owner with bedding *three blankets*, two small zip lock bags of treats and measured meals for our dog. We were told that Sunday pick up times were ONLY between Noon and 1 PM. She was very critical about this at check in.. so we said we would be SURE not to be late. When we arrived 30 mins early, they actually made us WAIT till noon to release our dog to us.. and we sat out in the car. She handed us the basket the blankets were put into.. and we could plainly see that TWO of the blankets were never even removed from the basket. Further.. neither of the bags of treats we provided were even opened. *and yes.. I counted them*. What was most disturbing.. Our dog.. eats between 6 and 7 am. Bathroom first.. food.. then poop.. then the day starts. When we got our dog home.. he bolted from the car.. and ran to a tree.. and proceeded to pee for 2 mins straight. This is HIGHLY unusual.. and indicating that he has been holding it. He then stopped.. ran to a second tree.. and went pee again for another 45 seconds. This is indicating to me.. that he wasn't let out ONCE Sunday Morning. We told her.. that under no circumstances will out dog relieve itself inside a kennel area... so bathroom breaks are NECESSARY!!!. We were ignored. So.. to recap... they didn't use the bedding we provided.. they didn't give any treats...*which tells me NO personal time was given at ALL, and there were no potty breaks on Sunday at all... and even when we were there EARLY.. they were inside..and refused to release out dog to us.. and forced us to wait for 30 mins.. until they felt ready. COMPLETE HORSE ****!. AVOID THIS KENNEL AT ALL COSTS!.

I am with Eric had my dog there also quite awhile ago. The lady at the front desk is the worst. Oh yeah what ever you do do not show with out calling to pickup your animal. We got home early from are vacation. Just wanted to pickup are dog. Wow what a angry lady.😡👎👎👎👎👎
