Poor checkout lady not friendly at all. Not so much as a greeting. Limited options and high prices people stare at you like you dont belong felt very not welcomed

I have shopped here my whole life. I recently entered the store and was told I needed to leave my purse at the front of the store. I am extremely uncomfortable doing so but it didn't seem to matter. I have never stolen anything from ANYWHERE, not to mention I have shopped here once a week for the last 15 years. I also have no criminal history....this was out of nowhere that they asked me to do this as I have come into that store hundreds of times with my current purse and have never been asked to leave it at the front (unattended with the cashier's back to it- easily accessible for anyone to grab....apparently they don't mind if you have your personal items stolen from you while shopping there). Unfortunately I won't feel comfortable giving them my business any longer.As others have said too, you have to check the expiration date on your items closely as there has been several times we have gotten juice or another item there and it's been expired and we haven't found out until home. And even that wasn't a deal breaker for me.... But the making me leave my purse at the front of the store absolutely is.

Went there the other day to get baby food. Didn't think about checking expiration date on baby food. Got home fed the food to my child. Minutes later he was screaming and throwing up. Checked the container to find out it's a week expired. The store is in horrible condition. Expired food on shelves, horrible smell, over priced, shelves never fully stocked, don't do wic, they don't care and running the store to the ground

Its a very nice place i get it when you have to leave ur bag at the front bc people have stolen from there but its an amzing store i find what i need alot i love how there is a 1$ area its an amazingstore

It's a wonderful small town general store, you can find the little odds and ends here, if you grew up here you understand.. Hometown grocery stores are sometimes the best, in this case. It's the truth for that odd ingredient that you can't find... Just ask.
