We’ve been taking our Emmett Henri (Miniature Schnauzer) to Shelly at Zoom Groom ever since we got him about three years ago.We have always been so pleased with his impeccable haircuts and Shelly seems to be genuinely fond of our little guy. In fact, I have to say that all of the Staff seem to really care about their little (or big) clients as evidenced by the open, calm environment in which the dogs are being groomed.

My pup looks like a million dollars! Thankfully it didn't cost that much; Zoom Groom's prices are on par with other groomers, but no kennels here. Great, friendly staff who mooned all over my handsome Prince.

We have been coming to Zoom Groom for a little over a year and are so pleased with the transition. We have a doodle and she requires a little extra care when being groomed. Our old groomer(s) would always take the easy way out and shave her down, so she barely had any hair length. This would also take 4 hours. Zoom Groom consistently grooms our dog to have a nice length and it usually takes just 2 hours. We are very happy with the service and experience!

Best groomer in the Twin Cities! The staff was talented and very kind. I highly recommend them for Goldendoodles. My dog is only 5 months old and they did a fantastic job with him.

Zoom groom is the best! I have an extremely anxious puppy mill rescue and they treat him exceptionally well. They are so kind and patient and he always comes out looking amazing. You typically have to leave a message when you call to get scheduled but they always call you back. Highly recommend!!!

Nice place here. They are a small operator so the service is higher quality than the big box or franchise spots I found. They are expensive for sure, about $80 for a grooming for our 12lb Schnoodle, but that's only a but higher than others we have used locally in the past. A day after her last grooming, we decided we wanted her cut a bit shorter and they readily offered that extra service free of charge so I think we will go back again next time.

Our dog, Kaia, a golden doodle absolutely loves coming here. They do a great job with her, especially taking out knots. We were previously going to a larger local competitor and after they shaved her bald because they did not want to work on her knots, we knew we needed to find a need place. We had a similar situation here, and they did a great job of trimming her normally. Highly recommended!

This location never picks up their phone so it is extremely hard to book appointments or check in on your dog. The prices have also just been flying up recently! It would be worth it for great haircuts but if I can't get ahold of anyone then that really is frustrating.

Apparently this shop is very popular. My mother was recommended this place newly moving into a retirement community close by. They take about 3 weeks to reply to calls. Voice mail says no new clients. We had been seen but are still waiting for a call back from a message 9-6.

Love love zoom groom! No cages, done in 2 hours! Always do an amazing job on my 2 babies. Ana and Sofie are very attentive and listen to how you want them to look.7/2/19 update: uh oh Sofie left, BUT Linda stepped right in for Milo and did an amazing job! He's happy and so am I!Also we had a problem with Mia being traumatized somewhere else with a nail trim. When I took her in to see Ana, she had no problems. Ana is wonderful with Mia, and it shows 😍 Love love Zoom Groom!

We drive from St. Paul to get our dogs groomed here. Because it's cage-free, it's much quieter than your average groomer. Our dogs are definitely less stressed to come here. They also take the utmost care when grooming our dog who has some skin bumps that have come with old age. The groomers really care and it shows. Great prices too.

We were so pleased with the results of grooming by Sarah!!! Our matted soft-haired Wheaton is very sensitive and grooming him wasn't going to be easy. OMG! She was so much more comfortable! Better yet, she looked cute, not just shaved. This was our first visit with Zoom Groom, but it won't be our last! My husband and I highly recommend Sarah for her gentle and artsy ways.

We love bringing our Goldendoodle to Zoom Groom! The entire team does such an amazing job. We used to bring our dog to other groomers, but switching to Zoom Groom was the best decision we made, we can see a total difference when she gets home!

We have been going to Zoom Groom for many years. Anna gives our dog a perfect grooming, each and every time. He never has nicks or cuts after his grooming. They are cage free, so the dogs are there for about 2 hours. Anna and her staff treat their dogs like their own. So much TLC!

I paid for a bath and tidy in which I assume would've been on the cheaper end for a first time partial trimming of nails, face pads and back end and under side with no trimming of their body hair. Outrageous for the quality. Then they have you pay and tip prior to seeing your pup before so you don't know what job they've done. I paid for what I would consider a full groom charge and didn't receive it!!! I'm not going back for sure!!

Followed our favorite groomer, Shelly here when she started and we love this shop. Small owned business with great services. Staff really cares about your dog(s) and they do such a wonderful job from start to finish. Will always trust our fur babies at Zoom Groom!

They did a great job with my wild pup! We were worried she'd be too much puppy to handle (a 50 lb 5 ish month old!) but she looks fantastic and said she did great! We can't wait to see them again 😍❤️

My rescue dog (border collie/flat coat retriever mix with long fur), experiences a great deal of anxiety at the groomer's. But he took a shine to Linda immediately. Linda and her team were very kind to him and very understanding of his behavior. They did a great job with a dog who is not easy to groom. I'm so happy to have a place I can bring my dog and know he'll be well-groomed and well-looked after. Thank you Zoom Groom!

My pups groom turned out fine, but the issue was with the staff. My groomer was very sweet, but I’m assuming a little new, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was the pretentious staff member that was “training” her. She repeatedly put her down, in front of me! It was completely gross. Unfortunately, their talent does not override morality!

We brought our 2 yr old Goldendoodle to Zoom Groom and she got the best haircut of her life! Only 2 hrs and no kenneling. We finally found the perfect groomer, can’t recommend them enough!

Brought my 8 year old Cavashon to Kristine after seeing good reviews. Shampooch was booked too far out and our dog was getting matted. When I picked him up, the groomer told me he did not like the dryer at ALL and had tried to bite several times because he was in pain from his teeth. I had to make sure she was giving me MY dog! He has never tried to bite before. Unlike my other groomer, Zoom Groom charged extra after the fact, for bringing him down to the shortest cut stating that matts cause extra wear on their equipment. I paid for the wash and cut and the premium for their equipment as well as a fat tip (in horror that my dog had nipped at her.) I booked an appointment with the vet based on Kristine saying my dog was in pain. On the drive to the vet,​ my dog was extremely nervous and I could clearly see that his visit to Zoom Groom was a negative one. He was shaking and whining. At the vet clinic, the office manager said there were no notations on my dog's chart saying he had ever attempted to nip or bite at their clinic, and if a dog were so inclined, where someone sticks a needle in your backside would be the place! The vet also knew my dog and her report states, "I did not see any sores, abscess or other abnormatities... to explain why he would have tried to bit." The vet agreed they did not take enough off doing the nails. Reluctantly, I called the owner at Zoom Groom to say we had a poor experience and I paid for a vet visit based on their report of my dog being in pain. I wished to be refunded $20 for having the nails done again. Linda, the owner, talked to Kristine who said she reported the pain because I said "no" to teeth brushing, saying he was under the care of our vet for his teeth. About the nails not being trimmed enough, Linda said that if I wanted the nails shorter that I would have had to ask for a Dremel​ cut (although the vet just quickly nipped them off.) Ultimately, if Kristine had said she didn't know why he was nipping, that MAYBE it was because of his teeth, that would be one thing. But instead,​ she put the fear of God​ in me, implied that we were neglecting him, that he was a difficult dog, and I ended up paying for a vet visit. I was not mean, nor did I yell. I was uncomfortable even calling Zoom Groom to say it was an unsatisfactory​ experience. But not only did Linda did not offer assurance that the next time they would take extra care, or offer even a partial refund, but suggested I'd be happier going back to Shampooch! And the kicker was... she would mark in their book that our dog should be groomed ELSEWHERE!

It bums me out to leave a bad review. But I feel if a customer is wanting to get ahold of you, has left multiple voicemails, and placed 4-5 calls without hearing from anyone at the business, that is unacceptable. I just moved to Hopkins and was really happy to see that there was a groomer so close to me! Its sad I didn't even get the opportunity to try them out. If you are too busy for appointments, maybe at lease have a voicemail saying you aren't taking new clients at this time, or at minimum call back. Its hard to support local when you can get the business on the phone.
