I did not get my pet groomed there but I always go to this Petco for anything that I need for my dog or my cat because they always seem to have exactly what I need so it's a One-Stop shop prices are not exactly the cheapest but the money that it saves me from going to this store to this store to the store trying to find what I need it might equal out

Even tho I loved everything about the experience, my husband will force me to look for a cheaper groomer. I would come back In a heartbeat. The groomer showed genuine affection for my dog. She also suggested services like a paw trim, a face trim and a “Sani” that made the bath perfect.

The self service baths are very old and hard to use. Just getting into the tub, you have to removed the big silver back part and the noise itself scared my dog and made him try to run away. The water was impossible to get warm, it was mostly cold the entire time. And one dryer wouldn't work and the other dryer didn't have a place to tether my dog while I dried him. The picture online did not represent the actual self service bath facility at all.

Went in for a simple nail trim at 3:30 and was turned away. Was told they were super behind...just finishing their 10 am appt. All handled and communicated very oddly. Asked for the nearest location and was told.. "Honestly don't know you'll have to look it up." Still a little stunned

It was the worst dog washing experience I have ever had and I have no plans to return to Petco to wash my dog. The facility was gross and felt old and dirty. The towels were old and worn out. The water never got warm and the soap was like water. Not worth $15 and not enjoyable at all. This was my first time using Petco's self-wash services and I was not impressed. I will stick with Chuck and Don's.

They always take such great care of my dogs, and they handle walk in nail appointments very quickly. My dogs aren't the easiest to deal with, but Petco always handles them well.

The self serve was a total disaster. The floor was brown and slimey and smelled horrible. The tubs were full of hair and soap scum. The blow dryer was broken. There was also a pile of poop on the floor near by and multiple employees walked right by without cleaning it up, then a customer walked through it and get it all over her shoe. Overall it was such a disappointment and actually quite disgusting. I will not be back!

Groomer was running late getting in for 1st appt. so we waited in car. She did a terrific job on Jingles and added a bowtie and bandana since we had to wait a bit👍🐾

My dog came back with a cut (1-inch length) on her thigh and I was not notified by the groomer that this happened. I've tried reaching out to the petco I visited to get more context on how this occurred and they have not been responding to any phone calls.

Hours are not correct online for grooming. I have showed up many times and they have closed for the day or there doors are locked in the morning. Will not be coming back.

The shampoo is so watered down it doesn’t even suds and the water was ice cold. We told the workers but they didn’t have a solution nor did they care. The towels they gave us to dry them were thread bare and pointless
