I love this Petco! There’s always a great assortment of plants and fish and the employees are knowledgeable in the aquatics department! I popped in today just to do a little window shopping with no intention to buy fish today but after talking to Ray, I came home with four new fish buddies 🤣👌🏼❤️. He answered all of my questions and gave me some great suggestions for my community tank!Thank you Ray for such a fun shopping 🛍️ experience! They were so awesome and helpful! The store is cool with the fish downstairs and the prices were very reasonable!! I was able to get my cats all set up and I was able to purchase some cool shrimp for my tank! The staff were more than helpful and so knowledgeable 10/10 would recommend

Always friendly workers and very helpful! I don't go here often, but every time I have, it's been a positive experience! Keep in mind that they charge a whole 10 cents per bag, lol. So if that bothers you, bring your own

I brought my pup here for grooming services and I loved working with Connie! When I walked in, I could hear groomers chatting with the pups and commenting on how cute they were. It felt like everyone genuinely loved what they were doing. Connie was really sweet to my pup and wanted to make him comfortable. He had a bad experience at another chain pet store, where they didn’t connect or interact with him, and my experience at Petco was completely different. Everyone was so nice and I loved his haircut. I will definitely be back. I also love the treat bar to grab a few high reward treats when we leave. My pup left with his head held high.

I came to purchase cat food and fish food and had a good experience ... Ashley in the aquarium dept. helped me pick out the granule type food for the fish and after checking out a very helpful young man carried two bags of cat food to my car.

I really appreciate that they will tell you not to get something if the environment is not ready.I purchased a salt water system and brought water in for testing prior to getting any living aquatics. They suggested i wait until the tank stabilized or i would kill anything put in. Lost a sell that day but made me a believer in their service and thus a customer for life.Thank you for the candid info and not trying to push something that is not ready.

The facility itself is a bit run down, but the service and staff were great. My cat was microchipped by a professional and kind vet. The appointment and check in was smooth. Price is much more affordable than my regular vet. As a first-time customer, I paid about $30.Again, it isn't the nicest facility, but for a quick and easy visit, it worked for us!

Best Petco in the twin cities. They actively clean their fish tanks, I swear I see someone cleaning them every time I go. Unlike others in town that may often have half dead tanks loaded with algae their fish are alive and healthy looking. They even have a small selection of coral to go with their saltwater aquarium section.

Clean, organized, and the staff is very, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful store and it has everything. The best part is the dog wash station - inexpensive and they provide everything, down to the shampoo and towels. They do the cleanup afterward, too! Can't be beat! 5-stars!

The best Petco store in Minnesota. The aquatics department far outshines the other Petco stores in Minnesota. Good selection and the employees attempt to keep sick fish from being taken home and even try to treat them. The worst part is that corporate is clueless on how best to treat diseases and limit the stores on what they can use.

I bring my dog, Emma to Petco grooming every 2 weeks because her nails grow like weeds. The groomers are all so kind and it's always the same friendly faces which I feel is uncommon in the retail/grooming industry. despite these ladies being so kind to my dog, she still doesn't cooperate and sits on her feet while they are trying to cut her nails(which is exactly why I cannot do it and bring her to the pros). anyway, I would absolutly recccomend this location for grooming but the store also has a wonderful selection as well

We used the self wash, the price was $21 for 2 towels and a tub that wasn't clean. I used to go there frequently but won't return. Looked at their prices on items, way cheaper to purchase online.

The clerk and manager were very helpful with my return. I ordered food online and had my receipts, but my cat had changed her mind about what she liked to eat. I was able to exchange for a different variety.

Awesome place. I had great service by an employee who shared me all the details about tetra-get them in threes. Beta females-get them in threes and shrimp, don’t get them with betas unless your fish like a snack. I was kinda waiting for the hammer by the employees and instead got friendly attitudes all around. Don’t hesitate to come in.

The cost is so affordable and you can tell the staff love animals. I got my cat chipped here and it only cost 19 dollars. We spent more rewarding out cats great behavior than we did on the service. We are so grateful to know that she is microchipped and they answered all our questions, and even gave her a complimentary quick checkup to make sure she was doing well.

We bought guinea pigs that were infected with ringworm. My daughter got infected from them. It's a disaster. She is having side effects from medication, covered in hives, ringworm looks terrible, we've been to the doctors twice. I pray it will get better.How hard is to inspect the animals you sell to your customers to avoid this to happen to the child. 😔Highly disappointed.

The employees are very kind. They ask you if you need help. They will help you to the best of their abilities.This place also is one of the only PetCo stores to offer self-serve dog wash for $10 which includes 3 bath towels, shampoo, and conditioner.
