VERY disappointed that on Friday when my soon to be daughter in law called after finding a kitten on the road in distress and needed to be put down they said they couldn't help to take the kitten elsewhere. My daughter in law has spent $1000's on her own cat here for care and bladder issues in the last year and they couldn't take 10 minutes to put a kitten down to end the suffering. The kitten couldn't walk straight only in circles and just meowed. We found another Vet in Pine City thankfully. YES, we could have left the kitten on the side of the road to die, hit it on the head or shoot it BUT did the kitten deserve that NO. The kitten deserved to be put down properly and to end the suffering and that's all we wanted BUT apparently that was too much to ask from a veterinarian.

Great visit and experience helped with our pet we rescued AND nursed back to health it was amazing and still to this day it is doing wonderful, poor Thang had a very bad trauma and was abandoned, this place helped us with all its needs and health , very thankful

Dr. Cox has been a great vet for us over the years. No nonsense, but compassionate. We had to have our dog put to sleep last week and she and her assistant made a very tough time just a little bit easier with their caring and respect for him.

The staff really listen to what you say, asking questions and educating you on diagnoses, protocols, etc. We have a kennel of dogs, thus requiring a lot of vetting to keep everyone healthy, and they've shown a real understanding of best practices for our breeds of canines. The technicians are adept at drawing blood and calming the animals, and Dr. Cox transparently discusses needs and outcomes. I definitely recommend this place for dog care!

Very kind and responsive when asked to forward my pet’s vet history. They emailed it to me within 5 min of calling to request. Very much appreciated since I moved out of state and needed the records for a same-day vet appt. 🐾

Great place for boarding and grooming. We have a chocolate lab that we took over for grooming and he was very comfortable. We booked his boarding stay shortly there after. If our dog is happy then so are we 😊

Very accommodating, and took amazing care of my baby boy while I was away and didn't have to worry. I highly recommend them to take care of your fur babies when you are not able to.

Staff was wonderful and caring. My only issue was cost. $900.00 for a heartworm treatment, not including the last follow-up visit which may cost me another $200.00 or more.. Internet tells me the average cost for this treatment is $300-$450.00.I received an estimate for needed surgery of $600. Sounded reasonable so I ordered it. Seven weeks was the best they could do, but they did tell me that. Was charged $100 more than the written estimate. So far I am happy with the surgery and staff. These people love and care for the animals but SHOP THEIR PRICING AND ASK FOR A GUARANTEE OF THE PRICE.

The techs were so helpful and so invested in my babies. How we, I do wish th Vet would not make me feel rushed. Both visits I left with questions unanswered. She was talking to me as she was walking towards an out the door.

Does not return calls. I tried for a week to get my dog an appointment after the emergency vet stated he to be started on additional medications from his regular vet. There were no return calls to the me during that time.

I would like to recognize the great and compassionate staff at the Hinckley Office! I had the unfortunate experience of having to have my 14.5 year old cat assisted into the heavens above so she no longer had to suffer what ailed her. Hardest thing ever! But, the compassion that the ladies showed from beginning to end was greatly appreciated! Thank you soooo much for making my tough decision a bit easier.

Fantastic service, they were able to get our dog in last minute for a dog bite concern. Very polite and answered all my questions when I called late at night with questions about sedation wearing off- they are my new vet for all my pets!
