Karen during the day is pretty good but the afternoon shift I know it's hard to hire people this day and age but damn most of them really they're rude and lazy and the older that older gentleman with white hair doesn't know how to leave from behind the glass

Totally looked closed 0 cars in parking lot. But 3 dollar tank top I'm not complaining. The women angie (?) Very nice I got 4 Pepsis products from her they are having a contest with another store to see who sells the most!

This store was so nice when it first opened. Now it is a hot mess just like the Sandstone store. Walls of boxes blocking 3 aisles. Carts of merchandise blocking aisles. Empty shelves. Messy unorganized shelves. Beachy decor for Minnesota? Who would buy that? I don't know how it got a 4.3 review. I suspect employees are leaving fake ratings.

Employee was rude to customers and when brought up to the manger on shift she laughed and said idk what he’s talking about. This employee proceeded to go outside with customer and continued causing issues and still nothing from management she just watched. That is not how you run a business and I wouldn’t waste ur time in this store.

I don't even think this store deserves a 1.!!!!!Poor customer service, doesn't know how to assist customers..yells at customers...degrades customers... worse experience in any retail store ever.!!!!!..calls customers grouchy when they don't know how to treat customers ..Never go in there when they cant even assist customers without yelling at them...POOR employees working there!! Drive to Sandstone to the family dollar or Pine City to the dollar tree!! Its worth the drive!!! There is a help wanted sign in the window for a reason!! Stay clear unless you want to be treated like a piece..!!!

Walked in to get an item that I was told that they have. I saw pre-owned DVD movies and browsed through them. Several were not marked and had suggestive titles. I asked her if they were of adult content (which I would like) and she frowned and started condescending remarks about how they would never....... I think they would if I were to go back there and approach it a different way. I know my adult entertainment titles. Just saying.

For $5 worth of items my total came up to $8.34 and when I said that it wasn't adding up correctly, the lady that was there to override it got rude and snippy with me. So I just took my business down the block to Dollar General.

It is all fine and dandy until you have to deal with the young blonde haired girl! Apparently she is the manager. Won't be returning as long as she is working there!

Employees are not very friendly or personable. Place is always messy... items, tags, and hangers on the floor. Many items are not priced and don't have prices underneath shelf either.

Very clean and organized. Some things are priced high like the laundry soap. But we needed something in Hinckley so I like it!

I only gave 3 stars because I think the prices are too high for a family dollar store. I have seen some things they sell cheaper at walmart. They really need to lower their prices.

This place is just mess...stuff everywhere on the floor, clothes, food everything. It was just trashed. Restroom was filthy disgusting. Someone really needs to take control and get some one in there to get it back on track.
