Hit up the drive thru on our way out of town. 2/3 of our order was wrong. Husband ordered the BBQ chicken strips 6 piece. Only received a four piece and they were plain, not sauced as ordered.Son ordered a cheese burger with tomato. No tomato! The onion rings were well overcooked and meager.Ended up going inside while waiting for our food to use the bathroom and it was dirty with paper towels all over the floor. The floor itself was nasty greasy as well.

What a nice surprise: buy a gift card for $25 & get a free small blizzard. Wd used our gift card to buy a 2 for $5 cheeseburger deal. Onion rings (2) large orders burnt, not quite blackened. The Flame burger, enough sauce the bun was soggy, uneatable. Patty slipped right out of the bun as I tried to pick it up. Going down the interstate, difficult to circle back. 2 orders of food almost 30$. What waste. Order at your own peril. 3 ppl there, one working, the other two “playing tag?”.

The front door had one side of the door lockedThe industrial type rug was rolled ip in the entry way. Ay least half the tables had the chairs up on them. There was a 6 ft step ladder randomly by the soda dispenser. I had a chili dog. It was barely warm, with at least 1/2 inch of chili or a tiny hot dog. There was old food on our tray which indicates they do not wash the trays.

Their speaker for drive thru is broken, you can't hear them speaking. I shouted an order and sort of heard a price. Place was empty, one car in front of me in drive thru. I waited 15 minutes behind him, never got to the window.The young person working the window said something to him and disappeared for another 10 minutes. I left in search of food elsewhere.

We stopped here because of non-dairy options on their menu. They messed up all 3 of the items we ordered....we got a chicken tender basket without toast, cheeseburger instead of the hamburger that was ordered (for someone that is non-dairy). When we went to get replacement it had a bun, a few pickles and a patty....no ketchup or mustard. We ordered a kids meal with apple sauce and got fries. Not to mention the long wait! We were in the drive thru for 15 minutes.

If I could give negative stars I would, we waited in the drive-through for over 20 minutes cars kept driving away before even getting to the order sign. The lady was helping one single customer at a time and told us when we finally got to order , thet at she would take our order when she could it would be a while we ended up driving away after sitting at the sign for 10 minutes and her not wanting to take our order. This DQ needs to get there act together or I see it going under quickly. Terrible service.

Stopped at Hinkley DQ after sundown. All outside lights were off but I saw a car in the drive thru so I stopped. Took about 15 minutes just to get to the window to order. They said it would be a little while. Another 5 minutes at the window until they finally took my order and there were two cars in front of me.There was a note outside saying the lobby is closed due to staff shortage. They finally took my order after the two cars in front of me got their orders and left. Once I placed my order it took another 5 minutes at the pickup window before anyone came to the window. They came with the food in the bag but haven't taken my pay yet.I was using the DQ app to get points for my order. The person at the window asked me what that was when I showed her my phone to scan. I told her it's for points and asked if they do that. There were signs outside advertising for it. She then said their scanner only works part of the time but she could enter my phone number. I told her not to worry about it. I paid finally then left.I only saw two people in there. Not sure if there was more or not. I understand if there are only two people to do everything. What I don't understand is why they were taking two orders at a time and waiting until those orders were completed and the people drove away before taking more orders. Not very efficient. The other thing that bothers me is the person that acted like they didn't know what the DQ app was and to scan points only to acknowledge it once I told her.I will not be stopping there unless I need to kill an hour or we are post apocalypse and there is nothing nearby for ten thousand miles.

Sat at this DQ drive thru for 5 minutes. Then drive to the window where we sat till a lady server opened the wi Dow and yelled out that the drive thru was closed. We said put a sign out then and she said : you have to come inside. We tried going in but the food handlers were arguing. We drove away. Three more cars were at the drive thru.Extremely poor service!!

I honestly really want to be able to support and promote local businesses, but dang. Every time we order something from this Dairy Queen there is some issue with the order, or the service. Most of the time as long as they are open when they are suppose to be and eventually come to the speaker ... its whatever. But tonight we ordered 4 Blizzards.... all came out drippy and thin, they were given in the wrong sizes and instead of the Turrle Blizzard, it was just a Blizzard cup with vanilla ice cream.

We waited in line for no less than 10 minutes and we used a coupon which somehow didn’t go through in the system. It was a Bogo deal so we ended up paying double what we should’ve, and the employee lied, saying he was the manager, even though he had only been working there for a month and a half, which is what he told us. When we asked him for some form of compensation for screwing it up, he said “oh fuck” and that there was nothing he could do even when we asked for a coupon or a voucher and when I asked if there was anything else he could do, he told us he would go get his manager. Like what? He just told us he was the manager. He came back a couple minutes later, and again told us there was nothing he could do. I have never had this bad of an encounter at any restaurant not to mention the fact they took extra money and wouldn’t help us after the fact, if I could rate it zero stars, I would. Isn’t that legitimately stealing?Update: left and started eating my blizzard and my royal oreo blizzard has no fudge sauce in the middle. Never been more disappointed in a fast food restaurant and will 100% NOT be coming back.

The worst restaurant in Hinckley. They waited until the one person ahead of me ordered and received their food before taking my order, which took them over 10 minutes to make. We ordered 2 meal deals.The service was awful. The woman at the window was rude, and to top it all off the food was mediocre at best. We got half a small box of fries each, the burger was very poorly made, and the chicken tenders were more like chicken nuggets.I would stay away from this restaurant if you're looking for fast food that's made at a reasonable speed, and food that's worth even close to the price.

The food was as expected for fast food but what was impressive was the staff who worked hard to take care of everyone in as timely a fashion as possible. It was the weekend, the store was very busy, and it was lunchtime. They were outstanding.Kid-friendliness: Love the kids meals and ice cream treats.

My family stopped here while on a road trip and the order taker was rude and said she “got it” while we were trying to order . Then she forgot our sauce and two other things which isn’t great considering I had my brother with me who is type 1 diabetic :(. The food we did get wasn’t bad though, the service was just tragically sad and my sister saw the good service surveys printed on the wall and said based on how busy they are that’s just sad . (They have many customers as many people travel to Northern Mn using that route and they have maybe 6 printed off which isn’t to surprising once you receive your messed up order from a rude order taker.) I recommend going to Tobies for your sweets and McDonald’s for your food instead :)

Waited 34 minutes for one combo and side of rings. Very dirty, employee did NOT wash her hands in between washing tables with dirty rag to wrapping food, and taking orders. Food was under cooked and nasty tasting. Worst experience ever for $28.00!! I will never visit this one again! I deserve my money back (I threw it away away) but I don't think anyone there could've figured out how to do that. Sad night for dinner with having few more hours to get home. I obviously posted this for people who do their homework before stopping at this place unlike me by reading reviews. If one noticed; the reply from DQ is an automated generic response which is sad because to me that says there isn't much concern on their end. If they were truly sorry, things would've improved over time but reading reviews all the way back... it's bad and nothing changed. DO NOT EAT AT HINCKLEY DQ!!! For sure a serious risk of getting ill from lack of sanitation, hygiene practice and uncooked food.Parking: Plenty of parking since there was only two other customers in the restaurant

Today we stopped in this DQ on our way to North Mn and honestly I wish I’d have read the reviews before stopping here. ABSOLUTE nightmare! Our server was called Gillian and had a super bad attitude. She was making faces as I was ordering and then just slid my blizzard on the counter while giving it to me. When I asked why she served it like that instead of giving it to me upside down (SINCE THATS THE WHOLE CONCEPT OF THE BLIZZARD!!) and asked for the free blizzard coupon that they advertise (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT by the way), she said “I guess I’d have to give you one”. I then asked for the coupon, since she even admitted to having not given it to me properly, and then she said “I don’t have coupons”. Then asked for the blizzard itself as compensation and she yelled at me “I CANNOT GIVE IT TO YOU AND I WON’T GIVE YOU A COUPON BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE ANY”. I then asked for her name and she said “my name is Gillian and you can even talk to my manager because I don’t care, tomorrow is my last day here”. What an attitude! Honestly the whole concept of offering a free blizzard for serving it badly and still not giving it to you is just wrong. Never going to repeat like this.

I work in fast food myself so I know how it is during a rush, it’s not always easy understaffed and busy but that is never an excuse to be rude. The food was room temperature. The blizzards were nothing like any DQ blizzard I’ve had before, it was melted and oozing over the top of the cup, he wiped off the sides and said “sorry” then handed them to us. The wrinkly guy was the most rude.

Love to stop here and get a blizzard on those hott days. So many options to choose from and something for everyone.Stopped in and got the new double Flamethrower burger and a single cheese burger. Both burgers came as ordered this time no mistakes. The server was absolutely terrific and so nice. Very knowledgeable of the different options and combinations that they have .

The food was decent with room temp fries. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest nor the bathrooms. The staff was friendly and semi present.The coke was just carbonated water, the lids were empty by the drink machine and had to ask staff for more. No ketchup in to go bag and had to ask for more of that as they we’re empty by the drink machine.

Absolutely horrible experience during the drive through. waited almost a half an hour with only 5 cars ahead of us. We ordered two small blizzards and waited close to 30 minutes for them. very disappointed with how slow you guys are. I wish there was a zero stars option to be honest
