I needed donuts for a work celebration and put in a call late yesterday for a pickup early today. They were able to complete my order! Much appreciate them being able to get this done on short notice. "Love My Cub"!!!

The Deli at this Cub has really gone downhill. They don't have any meats sliced anymore, all they have is pre-sliced in bags that have been sitting out for days (you can tell cuz the bags are foggy). The Deli clerks are rude as hell just waving you off, telling you they don't have anything and then walk away or you wait and pray for someone to acknowledge you. Really sad...used to be a great Cub.

Place is nice and clean, mostly well-stocked, and the workers are very friendly and nice to me. I went at around 6:45 PM on a Sunday, was planning to get a rotisserie chicken and some sides for dinner, but they had none! They also were out of stock of some soup cans. Disappointed but it was on a Sunday evening so I cut them a little slack, but still come on.

This lady is so rude. everytime I come to this store I’m racially profiled by her and her alone. She acknowledges all the leaving customers except me. She refuses to say, have a good day to me. It’s very obvious that she’s racist. She won’t look at me directly. If she makes eye Contact with me, she takes a deep breath and will look the other way until I walk past her, I Shop her often it’s very discouraging. She is the only employee that has treated me in such a horrible manner.

VERY expensive, surprisingly so. I'm very shocked how many elderly people shop here given their fixed incomes. They do have a good sparkling water selection, though.

Yay! Cub is trying new products, i am so glad to find new fruit and vegetable among the regular types usually carried year round. Last time i bought Korean pears that were in just right. Another great change is the new organic section that cub added just off of the deli.

I normally really like this cubs. However, just there at customer service desk and Shawn decides to not address me standing there and walks away! So I let it be known I need assist even though it was obvious! Then he takes my ID and instead of placing it in my hand that is stuck out for it throws it on the counter! I ask him if he’s ok and bring to his attention his very rude and unprofessional service in a kind manner and he acts as if he could care less! Now I don’t want to say it’s due to some type of racism because that has never been my experience here, but he did not treat anyone else that was not my race the same!!!! UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!

Has anyone had their credit card hacked at the self checkout?Dislike self checkout and especially ones that won't take cash.I was hacked either there recently or at Duluth trading company or Mytana. Please check for skimmers and review your security.

It’s an okay cub, but one of their marinated chicken wing packs had so much feathers still. I had to pluck the feathers out after cooking it and eating it without realizing lol

Their elderly cashiers literally treat whites and Africans differently. Like wow... Please just give the same positive vibe or good customer service to Africans too!! . Their mood just changes immediately toward Africans... smh

Always out of things i want to buy, fresh fruit and vegetable always seems like they get bottom of the choices rarely will you see/get healthy and fresh lookingProduce. And seems like the younger people working there are just there for the pay check and will not go out of way to help customers, managers need to" re-educate" these need employees. The older ones are good.

I love this Cub.I'm a night shift worker, so I do most of my shopping 3-5am while the pallets of new product are out on the floor for stocking. I work in and around the cities, so I've had opportunity to shop at every Cub within an hour of my home.This is the closest Cub to me that I haven't seen the cold products sitting in small piles and boxes in front of the cooler doors (where the heat exhausts) waiting for someone to come put them away. That means there's never any crystals in the ice cream and my milk tastes fresh every time. Not true of the half dozen or so stores closer to me.They also carry my mother's favorite (expensive) Sweet Meadow's milk and even have it on sale frequently. The bakery carries ginger cookies, sliced bread, and a couple pastries safe for my soy intolerance. The natural and organic food section isn't full of expired products. The few employees I encounter in the middle of the night are friendly. The self checkouts include 2 with conveyor belts for larger trips. The floors are even clean!

I had a wonderful experience at Cub Arden Hills last night! I walked in close to 5 PM asking for balloons without calling ahead and Ron put so much care and effort into perfect balloons for me, while Matthew covered his post at Customer Service. It was truly above and beyond, and the surprise baby shower was amazing with the balloons. “Those only happen once!” Ron said. The store was clean, smelled great like bakery, and the humanity behind the care I was given was top notch— and most of all I was greeted so nicely! Thanks guys!

Over the past 4 weeks I have had three incidents with expired products. Each time I brought it to the attention of the customer service desk. It seems as though they are not rotating the old product to the front of the shelf when restocking. Once I can understand, twice maybe, three times is not an accident. It says they don’t care. Won’t be shopping there anymore. So sad because I’ve shopped exclusively at that store twice a week for years.

Horrible experience. If you are a single person or buying very small amount of groceries...you may be ok. Always out of sale items. Fruits and vegetables are borderline fresh. Cashiers are rude. They will make sure you feel stupid if buying a full cart...making sure you know you are "inconveniencing" them and other patrons. Where has customer service gone... how about an once of grace for a hard working mom who takes a day off to take care of her family?When I do my "major pantry fill" every 6 weeks it won't be here! Worst experience ever! It is clear they don't value families and large sales for their company.

Almost everything I need from groceries to meds to toiletries are all here. Wide variety of foods & all. If only wider baking options. It's extremely convenient & easy. Sometimes low on particular product stock. But helpful staff & great service. The self check out is great too. I usually have a great time here.

This place is a literally life saver and thank you to the staff employee. I had car trouble during a blizzard, making my way home I stalled and went to the store. I explained upon entering to the night staff my situation and he along with all the cub foods staff went above and beyond anything anyone could hope to experience. A hot meal in a private seated area and let you implore to you how the deli and bakery are on top of this game for a reason. Best cub ever

It's a nice store and, if memory serves me right, has an alcohol section, as well as makeup, international foods, produce, meat, chips, and so on. I get my groceries there from delivery and in person and both give high quality foods.

Great selection-if the food was safe to eat. I always have to check expiration dates here. I just bought some cheese that was infested with mold. Their deli chicken isn't fresh either. Not worth getting sick

I was in the store and dropped my tab renewal for my car. Two days later someone had mailed it to my home.The employee who sent it went above and beyond, all the employees I see early in the morning are very helpful and friendly and the store is always neat and clean. Great bakery too!Thank you

I shop here often. Today was terrible!!! I waited for at least 10 minutes to be helped at the deli counter. When it was finally my turn, (I was 2nd in line and the last in front of me ordered 1/2 pound of turkey), the employee (lady) snapped at me as I spoke my order. It was so rude that my 14 yr old asked me what her problem was. I told him that she was angry because she had to do her job. She obviously heard me, slammed around utensils she was using and called me a “bastard” under her breath. Wow!!! Great customer service. Sorry I couldn’t rate it a 0.

Awful! The deli is disgusting.. salads look like they’ve sat there for 3 mos untouched! The packaged food, some were already past there sell by date. fresh made sandwiches none to be found. The Deli Dept needs a complete cleaning!! It’s COVID mind you. It’s gross! Someone (management) should look at the salads and food in the case! Would you eat it? While is got a coat of slime on it and it’s been sitting untouched for weeks. The spoon is stuck on the bottom of the bowl. That’s disgusting! Come on Cub Foods clean up your store! And stock it too

I've been shopping here since they opened and love the way I'm treated every time. Everything is easy to find, and the employees are helpful for everything from finding an item, to using the pharmacy, to checking out. Also, they have a partnership with Holiday for gas rewards!
