There’s a lot I like about superone, but customer service is not one of those. I love their brand of ranch dressing and I purchase a good size container of it at the deli. Last time I did that the deli guy put a top on it that was too small so all the dressing got all over all my other purchases! To top it off, I got a bag of pears and weeks later they were hard as a rock. I called about it and customer service said it was past the date for return?? Lol, I can see if the pears were rotten, but common sense tells you that rule doesn’t apply to this situation. And I ended up throwing that and other things out because of the wrong cover and frustration of return policy. Now I figured it must have been a fluke for the pears and recently purchased four more pears, this is month after the fact, but guess what?? Yep! Another waste of money. This time I won’t be waiting past their return policy date in hopes these will ripen. Common sense would be appreciated.Do they even bother to look at the reviews? Doesn’t look like it, I see zero responses.

Had a $10 gift card and tried to use it but it wouldn't work. After a few tries the woman just hands it back to me and says, wouldn't work. I threw it in the trash can on the way out.

A worker in the bakery who introduced himself as cole was very helpful with my daughters birthday needs 10/5 stars I don’t review stores or anything of that matter but was so amazed by the customer service that I had to leave this here

As of lately the eggs are always broke, cheese whether it's block or sliced the packaging is open without you knowing so it gets moldy, cashiers are very rude, they don't even say hello, huff and puff cuz you are there checking out, very sad, place has gone down hill

Excellent grocery store with everything you need. Everything is always fresh. Great deli with many options. The butcher display case has a big variety of meat and seafood products. Bought and fried up some fresh halibut that was absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong here.

This grocery store was not like any other. There were some items for sale that I had never heard of and was excited to try. Parking was easy and entering and getting a cart was even easier. It is Theo Alice to go to get all of your groceries in the area. I found all of the items on my grocery list in Super One.

When you ask why they shut off the fryers for chicken at 4 pm and advertise open till 9?? Then the employees laugh and ridicule you for complaining to a manager. Pathetic ppl working there!!! I’d go elsewhere if you can!!

Just want to say thank you to super one and all your staff. Shopped on Monday with a mask on and was so pleased to see how all the workers had masks and gloves on. You even had someone cleaning the carts as shoppers came in. I felt much safer shopping here than at Walmart. None of the workers there had any masks or gloves. Thanks again for work your doing.

Omg where do I start I go there every single day since I moved here there rude cashiers that huff and puff when you have 2 separate orders today alone I went there such rude service and there food is almost always not rotated I'm just go to Walmart for now on lost my business of 200 every 2 days

They have the BEST olive bar! What a treat! Great vegetables, fruit and meat. The seafood counter is exceptional as well. Nice people and never long awful lines like SOME stores!

There's no place that's better. They have a great selection of food . Their deli and salad bar is very good and always fresh. Their meat counter is great. The people who work there are awesome and always helpful. The prices are certainly good. I'm not quite sure why you would go anywhere else.

Definitely the best option in town for produce and meat, both in quality and price! The store is always clean. The employees are always nice and even more helpful! They make it feel like a small town grocery store from the good ol' days, when people actually cared, and would try to know you by name! I would choose them over other grocers, and when your options in town are Super One, or Walmart.... Well, it's a no-brainer!

Was told that the deli was great, so I went here for lunch. The chicken was underdone, the hotdish was dry and flavorless (they didn't even stir the crust off the top!) Was extremely dissatisfied with the quality. Associates were very pleasant though.

The only complaint I have about this store is how busy it can be at times and the parking lot can be a pain to navigate thru. If you are buying your meats at Walmart - stop what your doing right now the meat at Super One is so much better I cannot stress that enough. Much better for cooking too!

when I'm home in hibbing mn I have two options for groceries. Walmart and super one. Walmart has a more limited selection, but staff are nice and prices are great. super one has better quality and a lot more to choose from. the staff here ignores you and the check out clerks, who have been working there for decades are spotty and not helpful. I would say on average that there is a price error about 50 per cent of the time. it's a nice clean store, but I really don't like the attitude. no customer service here at all.

We visited family in Hibbing and needed a nice store to shop at. What a nice, friendly and very thoughtful staff we found at Super One! Helped us find everything we were looking for. A well run store, clean, and easy to run in and out when stretched for time. I wish we had one of these fine stores in our hometown! A pleasure to shop at Super One, Hibbing, MN.

Your “Fresh” sweet corn I bought yesterday already had “dented” kernels. NOT very fresh! I saw a ribeye steak in the meat aisle for $30. Hopefully it was a pricing error.

Super One Foods is one of the best super markets around. Their prices are very fair, great meat department, and weekly deals. Whether you shop Hibbing, Cloquet, Grand Rapids, or Duluth, you'll be happy you shopped Super One.

Decent prices but careful of dates when you shop here. Stock is not properly rotated so things can sometime sit on the shelf months after expiration.This is not the norm however just something to be aware of.

A nice little local grocery store where the employees are friendly and helpful, and they still bag your groceries for you. They offer a decent selection on produce, bakery and meat items and have a nice deli with plenty of things to choose from.

Very good place to go not the small of a place to buy groceries but not as big as Walmart or places like that very helpful staff and help you find what you need we asked a lady that worked there were something was and she dropped what she was doing to show us were what we were lookin for was and then when back to doing what she was doing

It's pretty much Hibbing Wal-Mart's only competition in the grocery store game. Super One has been in Hibbing for a Super-Long time. All in all its a great place to shop. Plenty of options to pick from. The meat is a bit more expensive there than it is at Wal-Mart but at Super One you're paying for the quality of your meat so ya really cant complain.. Go check it out some time. I bet you'll enjoy shopping for your next family bbq or dinner over at Super One Foods in Hibbing MN... :)

I have been there for over a week everyday to get doughnuts and every time I go they are dried up and out of pretty much everything. I have gone in the morning, afternoons, and at night and it’s the same thing every time.
