I put in for a refill last week Tuesday, get a message it is out of stock on Wednesday. I call today after 6 days of waiting to get a status. I was told by the employee that he will get it ordered today! I was told it was ordered last Wednesday. We are not talking about video games, these are medications people need at specific times! this is not acceptable. It does not help that the staff acts like you are inconveniencing them every time you call or go in.

We stopped going here a while back because the pharmacists act like they're sampling one of every ten pills that go across their sorting mat. The pharmacy folks always come off as rude and or lazy. Exhibit A being the 1 star reviews going back half a decade.Today we had the misfortune of getting a script accidentally sent here. Of course, there was an issue when we tried to fulfill it. They always explain the issue as vaguely as possible seemingly to get you to give up and go away. The issue was easily resolved at another pharmacy once we transfered the script but Walgreens didn't bother to spend any time on it, refusing to call the "Pharmacy" phone number on the back of the insurance card.CVS and Walmart are just down the road. Your time is valuable, don't waste it here.

Don’t usually go there and probably won’t go again. Some of the women at the pharmacy are very rude and could hear them say “don’t people have anything better to do?” Yeah people are sick and need their medicine. Thanks a lot lady. Person who personally talked to us seemed nice.

I have been waiting for a prescription to be filled for over a week. I called this morning, Friday, June 16, 2023 to ask about the status of the prescription and was told that it would arrive today. I didn't receive a text message to notify me that the prescription was filled, so I called again a few hours before close. This time I was told they don't have it for me and their supplier is out of stock, meaning they have no idea if or when it will arrive. At this point, it's after 5 pm, so after waiting over a week, I will have to wait until at least Monday to see if my doctor can send it somewhere else. Which is why I called to check on the status this morning. I asked about the process to notify a patient if they would be waiting for their medication indefinitely, and there is no process. This pharmacy is a fine choice for anything you don't mind living without or starting whenever, but I wouldn't recommend trusting them with anything you need to take regularly.

I called last evening to have a prescription transferred from another pharmacy. I was told they were closing in 3 minutes and wouldn't be able to transfer it until the next day. I told them that was ok but I wanted to give them the details so they could transfer it when they reopened. She told me to call back the next day. Luckily CVS had an entirely different approach. They went out of their way (which I didn't expect) and I had my prescriptions less than 30 minutes later. Guess where I'll be going from now on!!

Don’t advertise this if they aren’t actually free for everyone!!! Made an appointment and everything and because the system detected insurance, they denied me since I’m not contracted here. Drove 25 mins for NOTHING!!!

AFTER spending $$ at the register up front, my husband had asked to use the bathroom. It was after 6, but we didn't realize or see a sign that bathrooms were off limits after a certain time for paying customers. Anyways, the lady up front had told my husband to wait in the back by the bathroom sign, and someone else would come unlock it for him. After waiting 15 min. No one had showed up so i went up front again to ask. Again we were told to wait. Someone finally shows up... to stand at the middle register, ignoring us. I had to ask and was RUDELY told bathroom is closed after 6. I tried to say we were told to wait, and before I could say that she interrupted me saying VERY loudly in front of other customers that she was the manager and she said NO. Treating us like we'd been wandering around aimlessly off the street not buying anything. Why treat someone, besides a paying customer this way? Needless to say we'll never step foot in this store again. The CVS down the street were more than accommodating to us

Worst business I've ever had to visit. They're incredibly slow, have lied about prescriptions being ready (they weren't ready) multiple times; it's scary these people are responsible for people's medications. An employee actually argued with me about my prescription once only to finally realize she was incorrect and then told me she'd fill my script immediately. I watched her for 20 minutes and finally asked her how low long now to which she said she had forgotten, she'd fill it now 👎(20 more minutes later). I'd recommend Hyvee's pharmacy or anywhere else before using this Walgreens again.

Rude pharmacists/assistants. ZERO professionalism. They don't care that they violate the privacy policy and will ANNOUNCE YOUR PRESCRIPTION ACROSS THE INTERCOM. Not to mention all the times they've changed my address back to my old one, shared my medical history among the staff, etc. The darker haired girl with the bun should be fired. I've transferred pharmacies. The general store staff is a joke. The dark, long haired girl, is a real c u next Tuesday. And the girl with the lighter hair, and glasses, is nice to your face, and rude the second she THINKS you're out of hearing range. I loved the old staff! These new people are disrespectful and should not be employed in a customer service industry. One star is beyond generous.

I've never been to a worse pharmacy, problems every single month. Now I'm going out of town for a few weeks, doctor okay the early refill and sends it in, and they say they need the doctor to okay the refill even though she sent the prescription in. The nurse I talked to later started laughing and said "seems like we have to spell it out for them... real slow". Was supposed to leave about 5 hours ago but even now I'm still waiting in the parking lot to get it filled. If you can avoid these people, please do so

The general staff is always friendly. The store is clean and well kept. When I have occasion to stop here, I'm generally satisfied.I dislike the pharmacy. I found it problematic for my regular prescriptions to be in stock despite a reoccurring prescription that was to be filled on schedule. Additionally, the service was frequently slow. I took my business elsewhere as a result.

Waited for my prescription on a Sunday and during that time 3 people came to pick up theirs and were told "sorry your prescription needs to be resubmitted to your doctor and there was nothing they at Walgreens could do". I was floored. They were repeat prescriptions and wernt even offered a day or two supply until their doctors could resubmit their prescription. The staff behind the counter - a red headed girl about 18 and a short haired brunette with her ends dyed blue just explained it away as oh well we have many customers and it's not our problem. Everyone left yelling at these girls. Walgreens....get your act together or corporate will hear about this I'm sure!!!!

I’m not always satisfied with my experience at this particular Walmart. Recently we found out that their employees had lied outright to my wife and I about whether or not they accept the Good Rx card for discounted prescription prices. As a result, we paid four times as much for a prescription ($140 compared to $33) until we visited the Cottage Grove location and they told us the truth of the matter and that Walgreens does in fact accept the Good Rx card.

Every. Single. Time. The wait is excruciating! I loathe coming in here, it's expensive as hell and it takes forever. The pharmacy is so slow! When you need an inhaler and it is "taking longer than expected" to fill, it's frustrating to be made to wait to breathe!!! The mark-up on my OTC pills is unbelievable!! 6$ more expensive than every other store that sells it. And those coupons that expire in a week are so stupid. I never use them cuz I would hate to have to go here once a week! I'm seriously considering changing pharmacies.

Called twice on 3/3/22 during work hours about 3 prescriptions being ready for pickup. Go to pick them up on 3/5/22 and I'm told they put one back and that I would have to wait 45 minutes for them to refill it.Not the first time there has been pharmacy issues at this location. 😕

This is the worst pharmacy ever! Very slow and like they have never done it before. I left them a few years ago and now had to come back here for a prescription because of availability. It was called in by my provider over an hour ago and here now they’re saying another 20 minutes. Service is terrible and CVS just looks better and better because of Walgreens. CVS in Hastings is fantast! Shame I had to come back here for this one! Seriously people, transfer to CVS and you’ll see how a pharmacy should be ran. CVS pharmacists are all very fast and knowledgeable so they can help you in every way. Walgreens is a problem that most people don’t need!!!

Horrible place will not be going here anymore. Pills are never ready on time. Spend over 45 minutes waiting for prescription after they say they are ready. Pharmacist seems to never know the answer to questions and questions my husbands prescriptions every time they are filled. Almost left once with over half narcotics missing in bottle. Horrible experiences multiple times!

The pharmacy is terrible. I can never get prescriptions when they say. I also call prescriptions in three days early and they're still not ready. I call for prescription and also use the online snap shot ordering. These folks at wal greens , the pharmacists need to get it together. If I did these things at my job I would be fired.. SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW PEOPLE work here !!! All but that one lady who is saving this Pharmacy she's been there forever. She's very nice and efficient, I do not know her name.

This Walgreens is good. There was a bit of a line and a wait at the pharmacy which wasn't too horrible. Overall, they did a great job. Both cashiers asked me if I had a rewards card which is a plus.

Let’s just say, this Walgreens answer to my question was lame.I know during this time things are hard and everyone needs certain products. But the answer she gave me was not helpful nor has it been solved.I went on there site looking for hand sanitizer, shows this location being the only one that has it. 2-5 in stock, drive first thing in the morning without calling them and come to find out, they have none.I asked why did they show that it was in stock, I looked at this at 10pm last night hoping inventory was taken. Lady (manager) sneer was, if I were you, I would not relay on our website because it’s not accurate.Well after driving miles of ways wish thy could of update on there end on the site.

The whole store while. Clean is very cramped. The aisles are not wide enough in my opinion, the area for the pharmacy is tiny with not enough seating, the shelves are too full.The pharmacy staff needs more room and more staff.

We just love this store! They have a little bit of everything here! From electronics to toys and magazines to snacks and a Red Box outside. Friendly staff and a most excellent manager make this place worth stopping by to resupply on your snack and pharmaceutical needs ! Flowers, candy and other accessories for your date night.

Terrible pharmacy; incredibly slow with orders, rude pharmacist (bald guy). I've been with Walgreens for over 10 years, just moved to town and will be moving pharmacies. Walgreens should have the same store standards wherever you go-CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This place is horrible! I will never ever go here again they are rude, they're service is horrible and they're pharmacists don't give you your medication, they also never have your prescriptions ready. I just had surgery and my surgeon sent over some meds and they wouldn't fill it. The past 2 days I haven't slept and I've been in a ton of pain and I am still in a ton of pain because they want to play games. AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!

My package was delivered to the store and it was lost. Pharmacy is slow with service. People are nice but they are not staffed well.
