I drive somewhat out of my way to take my dogs here. The service is excellent and they really take the extra step in care. They sat with my larger doggie on the floor to make him more comfortable. I would recommend taking your animals here. You won’t be disappointed.

Our cat eat an ibuprofen gelcap. The staff at Town and Country Veterinary were so helpful, supportive and kind concerning the situation. I appreciate the care they gave to our kitty. If it wasn’t for their professionalism I doubt he’d be with us today.Thank you so much!!!

They did an amazing job. The staff was great! We managed to get an appointment a few days before Christmas, even though it was our first and last visit for our senior dog (we live in Michigan and were traveling for work with our animals). We went in with little hope of him living past the week but the doctor who had seen him recommended a new shot for older animals that has given us the one thing we didn't think we could get.... more time. There are no real words to express the gratitude, so I will just end with a Thank You!!!!

My cat EB needed a rabies shot, i thought I had an appointment but I did not. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and caring. They asked the Doctor if EB could be seen and we were seen. Our Doctor was kind & we were on our way quickly. This was my 2nd visit and both were wonderful.

The doctors and all the staff here are so nice and answered all my questions. I came here to get my kitten spayed, and I found it to be quality service - and to top it off, the cheapest place I found to get a kitten spayed. You can tell they care a lot about animals and the doctor was willing to give me advice on my other cat while the kitten was getting stitches removed. When I had concerns during her recovery recovery, they had me send in photos via email and the doctor responded very quickly - there was no charge for this either and they would've gladly had me bring the kitten in at no charge to check her out as well. Great service!

So happy with the care and services received but more importantly my dog is happy again. She's adopted and had a terribly abscessed tooth along with multiple broken teeth that were painful. After getting numerous quotes Town & Country was most affordable. They did an excellent job of caring for her and even trimmed her nails while she was under the anesthesia. Once home they offered a one week check up and called to ensure she was doing ok. Thanks to the wonderful staff who took care of my fur baby so well.

I love Dr. Jon. I brought both of my cats here today and he was caring and gentle with both of them. I love that I’m allowed to sit in the room with my fur babies and he always is thorough with all of my questions. I love all of the staff! I have always made the 40 minute drive to have my cats seen here because it’s the best!

I brought my cat in 2 hours early and they saw him faster which was nice. My cat sadly did not make it but Dr. John was very compassionate. I have never dealt with death before and while I cried I asked him, "What do I do now?" And he told me to grieve. He let me take my cat and hold him in my arms into a room alone so I could grieve. Then after, the lady at front desk was so nice and gave me options on what to do next. Without them, I would have been lost.

I absolutely love this place! My fur baby has a cut on his nose that continues to bleed. They called me twice after I left the vet, checking up on my Bear. Then called me the next morning to ask how he was doing and offered some more help to me that was free of charge. This place really cares about your fur babies. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly staff, I brought my dog in because he wasn’t acting like himself. They got me in right before they closed even though I didn’t have an appointment. They confirmed he was just extremely anxious and had me give him trazodone for the time being. Would definitely recommend!

The staff and Doctors at Town & Country Vetrinary Services in Hastings Mn were very knowledgable and attentive to my Rottweiler Tia who injured her hip. When my dog is in pain i get nervous and can be demanding but they seemed to understand and were still very patient with me and provided great care for my Tia. Also their prices are much better than the other vet clinics in the area👍👍 Definitely a 5 star business😁

I had an awesome experience with Erica. She was SUPER helpful and remained calm (even though I may or may not have been panicking) and gave my wife and I multiple solutions to the issues we were having with our pup that evening: 10/10 would definitely recommend.

If you have a cat that can be fussy at the vet, I strongly suggest you give this one a try. Many others treated my cat like a danger while they took the time to gain her trust and tried to work with what made them and her comfortable.

Dr. Charlie is always open to questions you may have( an I ALWAYS have questions!) an never makes you feel rushed. All my dogs feel comfortable with him. Also from the receptionist to the vet tech you feel welcomed . They know you by name an your pets as well . I have been going there for many , many years.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate staff. Clean and well maintained facility. The veterinarians are efficient and explain things in an easy-to-understand manner. My dog receives excellent care each & every time, and always gets excited to go! I live 40 minutes out but am more than happy to make the trip just to see the fantastic staff & know I am getting the best care, dollar for dollar.

We took our baby girl for nail and foot hair trimming Erica and Pam did a fabulous job. For the 1st time we finally got to see her toe beans 😍.

Brought our cat to be looked at because of her not eating or drinking and temp of 104 degrees. They took blood work and gave medications and sent us on our way. They charged us $300 and did not take exrays or anything. We took her home and she passed away 2 hours later. We were so upset that there was no urgency at all to find out what was wrong while we were there. We called after this happened and left a voicemail explaining what happened and that we were upset about the services we got. We have gone here for 12.years and payed all the extra charges that they always wanted to add. Very disturbed and upset about this service and care that we received. We can to any vet that will just give a pet pills and send u home. Never will bring.our animals here. Think about it before you trust them with your pet.
