I have been coming to this place for awhile and I always forget to leave a review. So today I'm doing it. They always make my baby Boone look so amazing. They communication is amazing they communicate everything they do with Boone and I appreciate that cause I'm full of anxiety and I appreciate they way they have patience with me. They also make Boone so beautiful 😍 I love going to Rio grooming

I was referred to Rio by my former cat groomer in Colorado who said they have excellent credentials. Everything works very efficiently (text and email confirmations) and the people I talked to on the phone were friendly and informative. Hailey, the groomer, was wonderful and listened carefully to what I wanted. It gave me a sense of comfort and she did a beautiful job in a shorter period of time than I expected. The price was very reasonable. I could tell Fez felt great, because he strutted around the house when we got home. I'll definitely be back!

Gabby always does a great job with our Golden Retriever, knowing exactly what he needs done to look great. Our pup loves seeing her and gives her hugs and kisses before even getting out of the car.

I brought my dog here for the first time last night and had a wonderful experience. She's a wiggly little thing who hates her paws being touched. And did I mention the licking when you try to mess with her face? They did a great job and she came home happy and looking adorable! They were very communicative throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for future grooming.

Alexa has been grooming my golden retriever for a few years now. She takes really good care of him and always makes him look amazing. It’s 100% worth going to a groomer that knows how to groom a dog based on what kind of coat they have. The chain stores just take a clippers and make their hair shorter.

Today was our Shih Tzu’s first time at Rio grooming. The customer service and communication with the salon was amazing. Very up front and transparent with their prices and their services and our groomer, Alexis, did a phenomenal job!

I take my dogs and cats here! Prices are always fair and my pets always looks great.We have been bringing our corgi to them her whole life and she has always had a great experience with both the grooming school and the professional groomers. She goes wild every time we mention it's time for a 'spa day'.The professional groomers have also been very kind to our rescue pitbull who has always been an anxious boy. They are very understanding and honest about both my pets behavior and have made the experience tolerable for our rescue.The price for cat grooming is a little pricey but considering there are not very many places we can take our cat to get a full cut since he is the laziest groomer ever I really can't complain.

Daxter the Beagle, my grandpuppy looks and smells Great and his nails were Amazing! I am so Happy he was good for Anna❤ Teddi my lil Pomeranian also looks and smells Awesome along with his nails, his trim and he feels so soft and is soooo FLUFFY❣❣❣ I always have done them myself however bringing them to see Anna has changed my mind. The amount of time it takes me to get the result it took her is worth bringing Teddi back on a regular basis😁 Normal upkeep on my little guy will be easier this way as we live on a farm. Daxter lives in Alaska so i will bring him back as I can. I cant Thank Anna and Rio Gran enough for the Awesome job and will definitely Highly Recommend you all. Thank you 🐶🐶

To start off my dogs groom was solid. Most of my issue is how I feel like I was treated. I picked this one because I needed a broom and I could get in quick. They seem to be fee happy with many upcharges and fines if you don't pick up the dog on time. I'm used to smaller shops and more of a feel like I was part of the process. The grooming charge was average. I'm sure they are great for most people, just not me.

Brought my dog here for the first time last year. Saw a Professional groomer (~$220 + tip) because I was told since he is a Bernese Mountain Dog they want a Professional to see him first to make sure he would be good for a student. That was fine with me (and was even expecting that) since their website states "may be required to have one of our Professional groomers complete the first groom to ensure your dog would be a good fit for services provided by our students". After I picked him up they told me he was great; calm and not much matting (we brush him regularly) and could see a student next time. My dog looked okay to be honest, smelled nice and felt soft but couldn't tell he got trimmed (belly, ear, and bum hair was still pretty long) nothing special. When my husband called for his next appointment they booked him with a Professional and said because it had been too long since he was in. I called back for clarification since that wasn't what I was told and it doesn't state anything about that on their website. The girl (Alexa) I spoke with kept having to put me on hold to ask the girl who booked with my husband (Amy) and the owner why my dog couldn't be booked with a student... seemed sketchy to me already. The owner ended up saying he can only see a student if he comes regularly because of possible matting (even though he doesn't have much matting and was even told that by the groomers last time and that time was actually his first time ever at a groomer). So I asked for clarification on what "regularly" means to them and Alexa looked at when he was in last and said "well it looks like it's been about a year since he was in" so I told her we brush him regularly and only need to bring him in about once/year in the summer time, she then put me on hold to ask the owner again (again seems sketchy she doesn't know this "rule" apparently). Alexa came back and said the owner stated he would need to come in more than once a year because of "possible matting and because the students don't do that"... I didn't try anymore and just cancelled my appointment because I didn't want to end up arguing with them when they were clearly making things up and were just not an honest place to do business with and would rather go somewhere else. Now I am also wondering how the students learn to work with matted dogs if they don't allow them to learn with matted dogs...

We've been bringing our 2 huskies to Rio Groomimg for nearly 8 years now. They do a fantastic job and no other grooming business has ever come close to the quality of work. Even though we don't live very close, we make a special trip every time, because we believe it's worth it!

I have brought my dog Ruby here a few times now, they always do an amazing job. She is a German shepherd so she can be a bit of a drama queen and the staff does amazing with her and always has her looking beautiful. I would highly recommend any of the staff members, they all do great!

This place did a really great job on my matted up golden doodle. He was really bad and they shaved him perfectly. Also has a school. For cheaper prices after your first visit..the girls I met were very nice and knowledgeable about what they did and what to do to keep it from not matting up. Really like them. My first price was a little expensive but understandable.and we had a scheduling problem once my dog was there but they helped fix the problem and accommodated me very well

Never been disappointed I have a Rottweiler and a Doxie mix The Rottweiler has the shed less treatment done along with nail trims. The shed less treatment is amazing for dogs that shed heavily. Our pups always smell great when they're done, the nail trims are done well without jagged edges. They remove all the excess hair before sending them back to you. I've been to places where after a shed less treatment hair would still be flying. Highly recommend and won't go anywhere else. Very reasonably priced too.

I mainly wanted my dogs feet and fur on stomach cut. He is a spaniel breed. They cut off all his fringes on his legs. We talked about evening the fringe, not totally cutting off. What makes me more upset, Amy called me back that same day to discuss. She offered me a free bath. The person above her was supposed to call back the next day and never did. Due to poor customer service, this will definitely be my last time coming here.

Love that they have the self serve dog wash! As an owner of a rescue that doesn't do well with strangers, this is a dream come true, especially for the winters. Really appreciate the privacy this offers and that it can be used at any day or time.

I've been bringing my dog to Rio grooming for over 10 yrs, I wouldn't even consider bringing her anywhere else. They do a great job every time. The staff is friendly & accommodating. My dog is older now & has health issues & shes always treated kindly. I very much appreciate the tlc she receives.

Rio is such an amazing place to get your animal groomed. I have an Australian shepherd, and they have a specific haircut, because of their double thick fur. They handle him with such care, I refuse to bring him anywhere else! Plus their add on services are superb, and affordable!

The staff treated my old cat with a great deal of love and respect. When the bill was more than I expected as there were unforseen issues, I felt respected myself.I am excited for my cats followup grooming.
