Got critical, time sensitive medication that I need to take ASAP, but CVS won’t fill it and asked me to wait for 2 days. My hospital pharmacy offered to fill to med, but when they called CVS, they never picked up the phone, for over an hour. Then I tried to call and I tried calling them myself, no luck for another hour of waiting. This is delayed care that could cause permanent health consequences for me simply because they won’t answer the phone. I’m scared for my life…..

I called I was having an emergency & need my inhaler & didn’t have one with me I was in town & not able to make it home to the country to get mine & it was over a month before I was supposed to be able to get the refill on the inhaler … I spoke with the pharmacist & explained my situation … he was nice enough to tell me to come in & get it it would be ready in less than 10 mins & sure enough it was!!

Horrible experience, more than once. They are completely closed for lunch mid day when people are out and about running errands. They were closed at 1:45 on Sunday and wren’t open till 10:00am when I came by at 9:30.Today I got a text saying my Rx would be ready by 1:30. Its 3;52 and its not ready yet!!!!!What a frustrating place to try to do business with.

Third time I’ve called for the pharmacy (during regular business hours), and no answer (each time listened to their hold music for over 30 minutes - once for 48 minutes..!)…. Please hire more people!Finally got through after 20 minutes on the fourth call… The person on the other side of that phone was awesome!

Removed my 5 star review. Very rude customer service, I was there well before their lunch break, they stated the meds were not filled correctly by my daughters doctor. They were filled correctly. This has been an issue with CVS in the past, it showed on my end they were sent to them just fine. They said I could come back later, and started closing up the pharmacy while I was still there and closed the window on me. Not the customer service I typically experience while being here.

Their inventory levels are excellent, but they have poor time management on filling certain types of prescription that require the pharmacist. You can call between 6 & 24 hours in advance and your prescription won't be filled until you arrive resulting in a 20 - 30 minute wait. The frequency of this is happening is around 75%. I've gone without a prescription because I did not have that amount of time to spare, which is why I call hours if not a day in advance.

I recently transferred my prescriptions from the Hastings location to the CVS located in the Target store on Pilot Knob Rd for convenience.... HUGE MISTAKE! I have now transferred everything back to the Hastings location. I will happily drive a few extra miles for the AMAZING customer service provided at CVS on Vermillion!

I have tried to get a hold of the pharmacy for 35 minutes and no answer. Then I called the front store and they said they will do a direct transfer to the pharmacy and they will answer. I have now been on hold an additional 15 minutes and still no answer. Frustrated to say the least.

I went in to grab a prescription that I called in at 10 am!!! Went at 3 pm to pick it up and the lady was nice but said their there system was down took her 10 min to tell me they aren’t ready which means they haven’t started it at all. I used to work at Walgreens pharmacy and whenever someone called in a prescription at 10 am we would have it done within 30 min because it is now set as a rushed item. It takes less than 5 min to do 5 orders and she told me to come back in another 30 min I proceeded to tell her I called at 10 and it’s been 5 hours and they haven’t even started a order called in at 10 am completely shocked at the fact that she also said wait another 30 because I know it only takes a min or 2 to print fill and label pills. I pointed it out and she laughs at me about the entire situation doesn’t say sorry LAUGHS!!! do not recommend getting your prescriptions from them. Walgreens is better. Sorry it’s so long so upset with that women. Blond hair I think not tall, white coat on do to probably being a pharmacist not a helper. Even more disappointed. I have never experienced something so rude and embarrassing for someone stepping outside of their job guide lines.

Completely disappointing experience. Called and was told they would see me for a work related strain. Upon arrival I was let in and almost immediately told there is no way they could assist me because they would get denied on the workers comp case. I then asked the nurse if she could email myself or my boss that they did not do those types of claims here and the nurse refused over and over and completely rushed me out. Very VERY poor operation on CVS. Whoever Amy needs a job change because she could care less about anyone but herself.

Visited the minute clinic. The Nurse was incredibly grumpy and quite frankly, rude. I can't recall her name. She was blonde and spoke with a heavy accent and she didn't smile once. I was then told that I needed to provide my license or she wouldn't see me. Really? I provided my insurance card and my bank card, not to mention I have been there before. She said that she had no way, without my license to verify that I am who I say I am. Is this for real? Why on earth would anyone go to the clinic and pretend to be someone else? I get my prescriptions here every month. I don't need to provide my license then. I ended up going to my regular clinic and paying a $60 copay. I'm beyond upset.

Having to get your children covid tested is never fun but Deb at CVS in Hastings was AMAZING!!! She was so kind and beyond patient. I would go out of my way to go here in the future if need be.

My favorite pharmacy in town. I switched from Walgreens (because they're awful) when this place opened, and I haven't had any problems to date. I've never visited the Minute Clinic so I can't comment on that part, but the pharmacy and the pharmacy staff are wonderful. Highly recommend.

The pharmacist apparently believes they know more than my medical doctor. I was prescribed Ivermectin for off label covid treatment and she refused to fill it. It is on WHO’s list of essential medications, it has won a Nobel prize, and is being given to many people in many other countries for covid treatment. Unbelievable. You fill narcotic prescriptions everyday and people overdose or abuse or sell these but you won’t fill this medication for me. That is very sad and unreal.

Yesterday I had a rapid Covid test and I can’t say eneough good things about Brenda who administered the test. I know they are short staffed but she is a gem. Thank you Brenda you are a credit to your profession

A newer Pharmacy located on Highway 61 in Hastings Minnesota. Just across the street from M & H gas station. Rumored to be haunted! When they were digging to put in the water pipes and electrical engineering, the construction crew dug up the body of a woman. After the Coroner's office determined that the body dated back to the 1800s, they construction crew paved over her final resting place.

Went for a covid test 8 days ago and never heard a word back. Try to call and just get an automated message saying pending....You can also shop inside if you want to pay way more than anywhere else in town
