As usual i pull up to my spot #3 and a WONDERFUL employee named Cameron (sp?🙏) brought out and loaded the groceries in my van. Extremely pleasant and professional.I always have a great experience at Cub foods Hastings. Ive met the manager also. FANTASTIC!!!!!

The fact that you can't pay online with a gift card is absolutely stupid. I spent half an hour making a list and got the end and couldn't enter the card and all they have to say is "Oh, looks like they were talking about adding that, but they haven't yet."Every other store on the planet has this feature, why don't you?

This review goes out to BILL!!!! The couple times I have stopped in after work Bill is working in the produce department and always goes above and beyond to make sure that I find the best options available! He was extremely helpful with my son and showed him where he could snag a free snack from the department. More people should be like Bill. Your amazing! I want to make sure you get this message so I will be sure to call tomorrow and talk with a manager.

5-11-20: So after much back and forth, my receipt was issued to me, and a blast sent to all Cub Stores from corporate, instructing them to give receipts to Instacart shoppers if requested. However, when I asked Kate at corporate to craft a letter so I might share with shoppers, and prevent future problems, I was denied, and told to contact Instacart for such a thing. Instacart has previously made it clear this is a store level issue, so we generally ended up with a bunch of finger pointing about the issue, while the problem seems to be continuing at other locations (Chaska Cub, 5-10-20.4-19-20: Cub corporate has contacted me and assures me the matter will be addressed promptly.4-18-20: Denied receipt when Instacart shopping, (against their contractual agreement with Instacart). Staff immature, not following Social Distancing protocols (chatting in groups of 3, 4, and 5 within 2 feet of one another). Uncaring and sneering attitudes. Basically discouraging Full Service shoppers from taking batches originating from the store, and putting the greater Hastings community at risk of not getting delivery service during a national emergency. Staff seem confused about who should have the receipt (its not shared with the end customer, but necessary for the shopper to retain in the event of a dispute, computer glitch or return if customer goes AWOL). Reported in detail to the Instacart Shopper Happiness Team and remanded for further escalation.Every shopper discouraged from Hastings Cub represents multiple community members that have.to go out in person and risk exposure. This is in direct conflict with the aims and intent of the StayAtHome order, issued by Governor Walz. I would have expected better from Cub Foods.

The store is clean and well lit. The bathrooms are usually quite clean. The selection of food is expansive, though they do occasionally have stocking issues in the late evening. This is made up for by the willingness of every stock person to go dig up what is out of stock on the shelves from the backroom. I am not knocking a star for this because I'm always in at a time period where the shelves are actively being restocked.The checkout people are friendly, though they do have a few that are quite slow. There is one exception to the friendly, but that cashier is so fast at their job, and accurate, I don't mind in the slightest. I will not use the self checkouts, and enjoy torturing the managers who attempt to sell me on their "ease of use."

Excellent selection of products and very nice layout. Unfortunately, the prices are not that competitive with the likes of Aldi and Walmart. We all would like to shop for organic and utilize healthy ingredients in all our dishes, but money is the decision maker. I spent $185 and feel like I got next to nothing.

I just got back from Cub in Hastings. Judging by everything they were out of or short on, I can only imagine how busy they all are. The two girls working the deli made my day. They were so kind and helpful! Every employee there was so positive.

Online shopping is the best here! The staff that does the online shopping are incredibly considerate and provide plenty of options via photos for substitutions. Never had a bad experience with Cub Hastings! Thank you!

Need tamper resistant cookie packaging…even if its a sticker….just somethingJust saw a few kids help themselves to a few m&m cookies in apple valley mn….eewWon’t be buying those anymore.

Clean. Really good deals weekly. Pharmacy is super. Employees are great. {Most of them } self checkout is nice, But don't take coupons from any of the competition.

A great place to shop, or get a quick bite to eat. RICHARD at the deli is the best. Just don't use the picnic tables inside. They never get cleaned... they are so disgusting. This looks this way every day for months. Gross

Love it. Large selection of items. I never got a food that was expired anytime i shoped there. I have been shopping here for years. Great service. This onw girl named sammi was nice. (Thats why i am reviewing this place). She was friendly and helpfull. And made conviction. A kind joking person. Also there are 2 other chasiers i like. (I dont know there names) and i do like one od the stockers. He has a young man(probably 18). He is also very helpfull. The store is well sorted out. Sometimes i think of trapping people in the triangle blocks you have to tell whats in the lanes.

I tend to shop at Walmart across the street because the prices are almost always lower; however, The selection (especially in produce) is hands-down better than walmart and fresh foods are higher quality as well. I like this store because it's very close to my house and usually has things I can't find elsewhere. The self-checkout is also great for when you're just getting a few things.

We ordered all of our food for a grad party from this Cub. We ordered a sub platter and wraps, as well as cake, bars, fruit, and veggie platter. Everything was fresh and delicious. I absolutely recommend this store for all your party needs.

The staff is great but we make sure you check expiration dates - there always seem to be expired products on the shelf when we shop here, yogurt and salad dressings in particular.

Good place to shop. The only thing i dislike it they have more self check out running then normal lines. I dont like feeling like i work for cub. But other than that its a good place.

Pretty good options for shopping, though they are often very limited on which produce they carry. A lot of decent priced bulk spices, good variety of baked goods, and EXTREMELY helpful and courteous meat counter.

Only 2 lanes open both full so used personal check out and had too many things from clearance that had to be clearedby personnel. and then 2 many bags so I took bags off and of course every time I had gotten a warning that something was removed. pain in the butt.On the other hand did you take expired coupons up to a month

Stopped in to pick up some chicken legs to throw on the grill after work, bought a dozen legs from the in house butcher, putting them on and found almost half the legs had broken bones. Feeding younger kids...was not happy!
