Too expensive-the price i paid for a repair was half the cost of a new snowblower and when i picked it up, there was NO explanation of what was done. It took almost 4 weeks for what I thought would be a simple repair to replace a cable and tune-up. I thought I might have found a place to service other lawnmowers that i own (HUSQVARNA), but I can't afford these guys, I will have to look elsewhere...

Roger donated me a chain sharpening to help with cleaning up in Cedar Rapids winds damage. Also I replaced a roof for Run Right and they paid timely and were VERY easy to work with. I get all my lawnmowers & chainsaws worked on here.
