Horrible customer service. I bought the most expensive washer and dryer, a dishwasher and their biggest deep freezer from them. The washer tore up my blankets and clothes. I had them come out several times. It is under warranty and they told me that they don't get paid for coming out for warranties, so I would have to wait to get my brand new washer fixed. They finally replaced it after I called the speed queen company, with a cheaper one $650 difference in Kingsley's favor, that I never got back. The new one wasn't hooked up properly and kept leaking. After this past service call, I was told by the owner Kerry, "Do not call me anymore, I will not be honoring your warranty". I bought local thinking I was going to get good customer service, but instead over paid for a product that doesn't work properly and disrespected.

We shopped Kingsley becuase we wanted to keep our dollars local. Very nice at the time of sale, (we bought the most expensive SpeedQueen washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a freezer) but boy did things change once we needed service.We were charged for a warranty repair and told "we dont make any money on these" when we asked why that was. We got charged 90 dollars for lint removal too, just like the other reviewer(after they installed the dryer incorrectly).When we called a second time for warranty repair, we were told that they would not come and help us again saying "we dont make amy money" in warranty repairs.Both owners were extremely rude both in person and on the phone. I wouldnt buy so much as a paint brush from them again.

This is a top-notch store especially for a small town this would be top-notch in a large town. They have a little bit of everything just like hardware stores used to in the old days and yet they sell the big items like refrigerators freezers washers dryers air conditioners Etc. Our washing machine just went out. Made a trip to Kingsleys to check out what they had. Would diffinetly recommend them for appliances. They were busy but still answered or questions. We purchased the speed queen washing machine, made in Wisconsin, for a good price. Liked the fact it had metal gears which is unheard of now days. Would diffinetly go there again when in need of an appliance.
