Enjoyable and calming atmosphere, well furnished and home-like feel to the rooms. The place was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Outdoor space was nice. Personally enjoyed the porch and the obvious effort put into flowers and plants to complete the home-like feel. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again without hesitation. Look them up, and I'm sure you will enjoy it too!

Very friendly staff. Great location. Very clean rooms. Came for a family event last month and had a very nice time. One of our guests ( we had 6 rooms booked ) had a bad musty smell in their room and the AC was old and didn’t work . They also claimed there was a “BO smell “ on the sheets but we didn’t experience that in our room . But the other rooms were all perfectly fine and didn’t smell. Overall , decent and a good experience!!

Guessing my review was too long for maps to post.Staff is terrible, charges you while just a short distance away without any attempt at notification, or confirming payment methods, acknowledging after the fact that they know you might wish to use another method.Swears at customers about what other people have done. Tells you they don't care about or want your money while going out of their way to take it before you arrive. They believe they are entitled to charge your card the moment the cancellation window passes, even if there's a month or more before your stay.Do not provide bills, itemized or not. May charge a higher rate for your room than promised, by mistake, so you'll want to check that. Staff doesn't know local tax rate, but punches it up manually when processing amounts due.Treats guests like trash, not open to common sense suggestions like including booking and payment policies in their reservation confirmations. The list goes on and on. Even trying to end the rants of the staff and asking to just resolve having been over charged didn't work, as they kept stopping to complain about other guests, as an excuse to treat you poorly.Edit:Upon a quick Google search just now, the tax rate in Harmony appears to be 7.375%, compared to the "I don't know, it's 12% or 12.5%. something like that." As claimed by the desk staff, manually calculating room bills. So that makes at least two different ways we were overcharged for the room, on multiple cards, one of which became unusable for the entire weekend.

This hotel was lovely: very clean and tidy (especially the bathroom and beds), nice location in town, friendly owners and employees; it was great. Overall I felt that it was a warm, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in this wonderful little town. I'll be staying here when I visit again. :)

Place was clean, cozy, nice decor, had power strips in room which were great for charging phones and tablets. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was a bit spotty, but not the fault of motel because of location and provider. Friendly helpful owners who maintain property meticulately on there own with no staff. One of the better managed and run places I ever stayed in. Impressive!

Filthy and outdated no one around to run the place! Will never return.Owner is dishonest, i had wrote a review previously and she blamed me for the horrible conditions. Cat hair was all over the bed inside out and i do not own cats. Blamed on the amish i drive like i had cat hair all over me. They are not always there as another driver sat for two hours waiting to check in. I would run from this place. I travel to another town and stay there. Not a good hotel at all!!

We were here for one night Sept. 20th. Very little comfort. The beds were awful, I think they must be the originals, sleeping on the floor or even in our truck would have been better. There were spider webs in our room, and my husband had a hard time getting the shower to work.We went in for the free breakfast, the fridge was so dirty we didn't want to even take the milk or juice from it. We will never stay here again!!

Great hotel. Nothing fancy but worth the money and is perfectly positioned in a part of town that its quiet when you want it to be but also surrounded by places you can enjoy a night life if that's what you're looking for. My family and I enjoyed it greatly

What a nice surprise in the middle of Amish Country! Clean, quiet, good TV and wireless. No barking dogs was nice. I slept very well too, which is unusual for me in a hotel. It is very quiet and most of the guests were seniors. They have a nice farmer's market with Amish vendors, I think it is just on Saturdays. Pretty cool overall. I appreciated the hassle free wi-fi.

Overpriced for what you get...it was clean enough, but old. We were the only guests, and the rooms we were in looked like they hadn't been occupied for awhile. Not any other option to stay right in Harmony, which means we will try another little town next time. No breakfast

My wife and I reserved a room at this hotel several weeks in advance. We arrived and I checked in. Once the owner saw that my wife uses a Seeing Eye Dog, he got extremely hostile and insisted that we couldn't have the room we reserved and for which I had already received a key. We very patiently tried to explain to him that discriminating against a visually impaired person with the service animal is illegal. He threatened to call his Jewish lawyer (I not sure why he was so proud about having a Jewish lawyer, be he seemed to think it was important). Traveling with a service animal can be a challenge because some people are not aware of the law. But, we have never had anyone get so hostile (yelling and cussing) and threatening about the situation. After a while, he did look up the law and admitted that he was wrong, but he was still very hostile. The thought of an apology never came close to entering his mind. He would not let us stay in the room that we reserved, but insisted that we stay in a different room. He kept insisting that all the rooms are the same. I never did figure out why we needed to switch rooms if they are all the same. He kept insisting that we needed to call ahead and let him know about the service animal. He is completely wrong. No one has to call ahead and tell him his/her race, religion, etc. People with service animals have the same rights.After so much hostility, we were not willing to pay for anything from him. We finally left and stayed at the Trailhead Inn (about 15 miles north on highway 52).I can understand when people are not aware of the legal issues regarding service animals, but I have never had someone get so hostile and threatening, especially someone in the hospitality industry. Never again.
