Extremely pleased with everything we rented for our daughter's wedding two weeks ago. Efficient setup and take down of massive tents, tables and chairs in great condition (loved that we had options on shapes and colors), and the patio heaters were amazing (big hit by all). Safety measures were taken prior to setup; gas and electric were marked prior to arrival. Incredibly professional, fair pricing and just a an all around great company. We will definitely be using them again for any future outdoor events. Could not have asked for a better experience!!!

These guys are a joke, once again thank you airline industry for setting the standard and precedent to charge for every little thing we should get for free!!! The prices for renting here are downright obscene!! We rented a tent and chairs for graduation party. They carry/drag tent equipment and set up huge tent in backyard but they can't carry the chairs to the backyard...its in the contract. "We place them in front of garage and expect them to be there when we pick up the tent." They hire incompetent high school and college kids in the summer that do not have any idea how to work...(we watched their incompetence) trying to set up the tent, let alone communicate to people without texting them. I would stay far far away from these overpriced rulers of party rental equipment.Response to Owner: Thank you for your response on my review, it truly shows and more importantly WARNS 'future' customers your negative attitude in dealing with customers, please see your other negative posts as I am not the first. Charging to bring items and itemizing individual things to add to your profit margins is just downright unfair and YOU know that. We watched your workers go back and forth from front yard to the back yard countless times and EMPTY HANDED to set up the tent/equipment. A kind thing to do (for a normal business) is perhaps EXCEED customer expectations to and for perhaps to impress customers so you are used again and told by many people you are a great company. But your contract policies, workers attitude, and now great post to my review show where the attitude is generated from (YOU!) explains it all. Thank you for posting this to show people I am just stating the facts and you do not like them.

I have used Highway 55 Party for many years and always have great service. They are easy and quick to work with and have everything for all your party needs! Really good variety of concession equipment and games to add to the party. Nice that I can order tables, chairs, tents and everything else. One stop shopping is a bonus. Locally owned too which I LOVE!

Chris and Jon are such a great help! We rented table linens and folding chairs for a photo shoot and everything looked just perfect. They are always accommodating of our deliver/pick up needs!

Rented an air hammer from this place they gave it to me with low coolant so it overheated halfway through my four hour rental when I talked to the guy that handles that department I got nowhere save your money go somewhere else
