Everything is FRESH! I'm amazed by everything I try. The buffalo Bleu cheese bratwurst are wild, honey BBQ beef sticks that will make you crave another until they are gone and the steaks are beyond anything I've tasted before. I only get my meats from here from now on. Support local.

Wonderful Staff! Pam and Brittany are a joy.As for the processing !!! A-1 service. Quality cuts. Being carnivore they add fat to my hamburger to make sure I have the best tasting 70% burger. My wife who is a steak lover enjoys her rib eyes cut to perfection.

Excellent quality on the cuts and the burger has a good fat content.One other thing about the Beef processing is the grind of the burger. It is that wonderful grind you find down in Carver County that is just a little coarser and thus makes a great, great, burger.Final review on their Summer Sausage. It is hard to find this old school flavor and quality. Excellent Summer Sausage... Almost a Thuringer with that touch of Garlic that is an obvious German influence from the old world still showing up.The workers are polite and know what they are talking about. Packing/Wrapping is neat and tidy.Top Drawer Shop. Will gladly use A&M again.

One of the best if not the best meat market around, large variety of quality products to chose from. The Owners and staff are very friendly and organized, and also take pride in delivering a quality product. I like the fact that they take the time to make sure your packages of meat a nicely wrapped and kept flat while freezing, making it easier for you to stack in our freezer at home. Thanks to everyone there.

Took some venison in to get snack sticks made... Pepper jack cheese sticks I had them make... They are excellent!!! Great taste! Perfect job on making them!

Sad excuse for a meat market. Didn't receive all of our meat and they refused to compensate us. They claimed we didn't order properly and that it was our fault. Disgusting conditions and rude and unprofessional people.
