They did a beautiful job on my mom, but did an awful job on trying to locate me to be able to the goodbyes. Everyone else got to say their goodbyes to my mom but me. I was sitting in the back with family the whole time but they never came and looked in the whole room. By the time people told me to go say my last goodbye they already closed the casket. That hurt I didn't get to say my last goodbyes to my mom for closure.
