*Edited* I have had an extremely rough 18 months. My mother contracted covid 10/2022 and although she pulled through at the age of 80. It really did a lot of damage. Long story short this began a year of dialysis 3x a week, heart issues with a lot of trips to Sioux Falls, SD & St. Cloud, MN for specialist.In the middle of this I got really sick with Influenza A and was hospitalized twice with pneumonia early 11/2023 and on 11/27/23 my mother’s final hospitalization was at McKennan in SF. We were there just over 3 weeks where she fought a long battle that she ultimately lost on 12/18/2023.On 12/26/2023 while mourning the loss of my mother I had to take one of my daughters to a detox and rehab. February 11, 2024 I had to unexpectedly take off to Texas because my other daughter was in the hospital in Sunnyvale. We were there almost 14 days where she almost lost her life and, last but not least I had to drive back to Texas the last week of March for my mother’s celebration of life & burial in Dallas. Pack up all of my daughter’s belongings out of storage and bring them back to MN because even though she survived. She had a very long road to recovery.Why am I explaining these life events? Because, what used to be a normal 3/4 month grooming schedule for our elderly Australian Shepherd started to lapse because my husband was trying to hold down the fort and take care of our nine year old grandson alone while I was pretty much on the road what seemed like constantly. That is basketball practices, games, homework and holding down a full time job which btw I also, hold a full time job as well during one tragedy after another.In between my tragedies, I would try to get Winnie in to get groomed. Each time receiving a very long text message pretty much scolding me for how long it had been since his last appointment. I apologized explained the situation and would get him groomed with the promise that we would try to keep up a better schedule with him. However, life had other plans.Attempted to make another appointment once I got home from my mothers memorial and moving my daughters belongings 987 miles. Same thing, the long scolding about how long it had been. About 5 months.At this point, I am so emotionally & physically drained that I just did not have the patience to be scolded after the nightmare I had been through.As I told her, you know sometimes explanations from your loyal customers are not excuses. So I emailed her my receipts of my mother’s death announcement, videos of various other tragedies. Just so she knew, we were simply doing the best we could with the current. The issue is, she does not have the room to allow him to be there for a short time until we can get there to pick him up. She expects him to be picked up immediately. This is hard when it’s just my husband. I normally take him on my lunch break, schedule his grooming to be around the time that he gets home from work so that he can pick him up within the 15 minute window given to us.They do a fantastic job. He always looks so beautiful and smells so good when we pick him up. But she is also the most expensive groomer that I have ever taken him too. About 150.00 a visit.Bottom line, I refuse to be judged and talked to like that from a groomer. Especially with those that charge so much.I rest my case with her above response. I wish you would contact animal services. Our Winnie never once came in mated like you are carrying on and btw, we have Winchester at the vet bare minimum twice a year to check his bloodwork etc.Not sure it’s harassment to let people know what kind of service to expect from you. Check my reviews, I rarely take the time to write a negative review.We have already found another great groomer.

My dog does not like his nails trimmed by me. So I made an appointment to let a professional handle it along with a bath because even our fur friends deserve some pampering. Maddie did a wonderful job gaining his trust. He was so happy and so fluffy when he was done! I didn’t know he could get so clean! Thank you Maddie for your patience and kindness to our Jake.

We will never reschedule!! Owner is rude if you have an emergency!! I also don't have my phone shoved up my rear end 24/7. I paid my 50% down and she's still harassing me. Not a good way to conduct business.

Attention to detail is top notch and having a groomer with so much experience with dogs is a huge plus! The well curated supply of pet products is awesome as well!
