We stopped Saturday 22 June about 7pm. Immature staff. Order wrong. Slow. Expensive. It was staffed by all young crew and they were goofing off unprofessionally. If there was anyone in charge they were part of the problem. It was not busy. I tried to order the 2 cheese burger combo on the menu and was told the computer wouldn't do it. So I just ordered separate fries/drinks for those 5 sets of burgers. Then ordered two combo sandwiches. When I got our order for 7 people it was suspiciously fitting in only 2 bags; but was told " it's all there. " I checked. It wasn't. 2 cheese burgers and a sandwich combo were missing. Then I checked the receipt and she'd not rung them up. So I ordered them again to go (like the rest of our order) and went to start handing out food outside while my wife waited for it. They gave it to her for inside not in a bag, and when she asked them to bag it the crew in the back stood around talking and it took another couple minutes.Was just driving through so maybe this was just bad timing but it was bad service and not that good of food for the price (almost 2x other burger chains for our family of 7.)

My husband and I frequent the drive thru at DQ twice a week and purchase 2 blizzards. Chico dipped strawberry. Both blizzards were just vanilla ice cream with no strawberries or chocolate chunks. I walked inside and showed her the ice cream and she told me that she made them and she did put strawberry syrup in them. She also told me in front of many customers that if I don't like it don't come back. Could you please tell me why your employees serve a scoop of public humiliation too. No we will not come back and our experience will be told. The business that serves public humiliation

Super nice people, got food fast. I ordered a classic #12 spicy chicken sandwich and the manager made sure I really like hot spicy food before purchasing. He also gave me an idea of how hot it would be. He also was very good at making sure the tables were nice and clean.

I have gone to Dairy Queen for 60+ years and have never had the issue I had today at the Granite Falls DQ... I asked for different flavors on banana split and he said that you can't sub different flavors so he charged over a dollar extra... I have ordered it with different flavors everytime and nobody ever said that. It was also a lot smaller than usual. This DQ is disappointing and I won't go back soon.

The manager was herding cats trying to get everyone fulfilling their duties (I assume a lot of new hires), but he was very patient and his customer service skills were impeccable. The ice cream was delicious as always, and the dog loved his pup-cup. Would stop again when traveling through.

Where to start? I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen 3 times in the last year at around 9:45pm. They are suppose to be open until 10:00pm. All 3, times I see a group of young teen/young adult employees hanging out giggling and smoking or giggling and talking by the locked door because they chose to close early, drive through shut down completely. When this Dairy Queen is open, most of the time I am served at the window by an employee with the filthiest hands and fingernails I have ever seen. No one should hand another person their food with hands that dirty and it is very consistent, it’s a regular staffer. I have reached out to Dairy Queen online about this months ago and I was informed that the local franchise owner would be informed of my experiences. Tonight, once again, I arrived at 9:47pm to a drive through that says it’s closed while young employees stand and socialize staring out the windows inside. What a sad joke of a local food source.

This establishment was absolutely grotesque, I have never seen anything more repulsive, atrocious and revolting before.There was food, ice cream and drinks everywhere on the floor and tables in the dining area and standing at the counter to order I could see the ice cream area and the kitchen... and I could not believe my eyes, there was food, burger patties, chicken strips, french fries, cheese curds, ice cream, soda, there where even cups, bags, boxes even spoons covering the floor and when finally after my 15 minute wait to order the person who greeted me yelled at me and told me to wait, I waited another 5 minutes at least before I was greeted again, this time by another employee, who wasn't exactly polite himself, and instead of ordering food that was being made by people, who as I could see (thanks to my 20 minute wait) were not washing there hands or wearing gloves while eating and preparing people's food, asked for the name of the man before him and his name (Tony and Noah) and left. I took several pictures and videos while I was in there waiting for 20 minutes smelling a horrid smell and trying not to vomit, I will be contacting a health inspector and Dairy Queen with the videos & pictures!. Absolutely Revolting!.

Been to this dairy queen location several times. What have you changed??? Everytime i entered the store it smelled of feces. Within the past few months it no longer reeks as it once did. Whatever you implemented to remedy the odor, keep up the good work!!!

Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. If the bathroom looks like this I would strongly question how the kitchen looks. Flies are everywhere in that place. Order was placed wrong and I had additional charges on my bill. Plus my order comes with a pop which I had to ask for? Would recommend the owner go check in on their business every once and a while.

Once you try other frozen, dairy/dairy-like desserts you realize DQ is lacking. Blizzards were my favorite next to dilly bars growing up, now there's a lot more competition out there and It's good. Still, every now and again they kids and I will swing through the drive thru per their request for chocolate dipped cones and chicken strips. Staff here are friendly, service is quick and l don't think I'll ever stop liking the chicken strips with gravy dipping sauce. Yum! Oh, hats off the MLB-themed cup too!

Quite literally one of the worst dqs i’ve been too, half of our order wasn’t even given to us. Had to ask for the rest of my food and ice cream because he expected us to drive off. Didn’t receive a drink, a sundae or cheese curds. double bacon cheeseburger didn’t even have bacon on it. Honestly ridiculous.

forgot the spoons and MY ice cream cone twice and gave me attitude when i asked for one. but i will say that the people who answer the drive thru are very good at answering and entering orders and being polite and scripting correctly.

Would rank zero stars but won't post if no stars. Terrible service, unfriendly staff small cones for what you pay. Have patronized this DQ before swore I'd never go back. Family member suggested drive through hoping would be better, since only ordering cones. Still took 15minutes after we were at window, minimal ice cream in cone and server appeared very unhappy to be there. No thank you, no smile nothing just price of cones and "there ya go." Very sad. No Minnesota nice there.

The food was cold and service was ok, but the thing that amazed me was that there was a teenager, white, skinny, hat backwards that was cleaning everything. When we walked in he was spraying down tables, by the time we got our food he was cleaning the bathroom after that he then cleaned all the door handles, when we left he had sweeper the floor and was moping it. I was so impressed with his service to keep the restaurant cleaned and he was disfecting everything to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. I asked this young man's name and he said it was Gage. I was very impressed with his service and I recommend coming back to the granite falls dairy Queen just for the service. I really believe he deserves a raise for cleaning and helping prevent Coronavirus.

The person who took my order seemed pretty f'd up on something! She didn't provide any greeting, didn't acknowledge that she heard or understood my order, didn't prompt clarification of options with my meal, didn't ask if I wanted anything else, and didn't provide a total when order was complete. She just stood there with a blank stare after entering each item into the register throughout the entire transaction. Was definitely a WOW experience in the worst way!

I love the $5 buck lunches!! Especially the 3 chicken strips one, your choice of dipping sauce, I always choose gravy, it comes with fries, and your choice of beverage AND a sundae your choice (chocolate, strawberry, Carmel(I think) and my favorite cherry!! Great amount of food for the price. Available everyday til 4pm, I believe.
