Very disappointed in my dogs haircut today. His hair cut looked awful. It looked as though a very inexperienced person had never used a clipper before tried to groom him. The hair on his back was badly chopped and his underbelly and private parts were left 2” long as if they hadnt been touchedThis unfortunately had happened a year or so ago there. . My complaints fell to deaf ears. I heard that they had a new groomer so I brought him back once again hoping for better results. Once back home I tried to repair the mistakes with a clipper. Now I’m wondering if they even gave him a bath or cut his nails as he was “finished” an hour and 25 minutes later.I would appreciate my money being refunded.

Angie is an angel! My standard poodle has been a monster for every groomer we have tried before Angie. He is a sweet boy but terrified of the whole process. Today I cried tears of joy while I drove my happy puppy home from Puppy Love. They are reasonably priced but their patience with my puppy is the main reason we will be loyal to Puppy Love!

Angie groomed our dogs when we lived here a decade ago. When we moved back we had a diff place cut them.They were much more expensive and after a few really poor cuts I had to try even up and clip what was missed....we found that Angie now worked at puppy love. We are happy with the cuts.

Gracee our Golden Doodle came home with a very rough uneven cut and her feet were awful. They are supposed to be fluffy. I will Not take her back.
