Everyone is very helpful. I also brought my zero turn lawn mower here for repair, and they did a good job at a very fair price.I also like the ACE app and being a rewards member, I get coupons regularly, which makes the prices more competitive with larger big box chains. But what I like about ACE is how it's easy to find help and get great service.

Great staff, very helpful! They all seemed to be very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped me with automotive was very good at his job. He even showed me how to take off my windshield wipers to replace them. Excellent store with excellent staff!

Very fortunate to have a independently owned Ace Hardware in my town. The staff at this Ace store are top notch people. They know what you need when you come in with a task at hand. Whatever you need, they have it or will get it. Great store, great staff in a great town. Thank you.

Employees aren't the best. This older lady thought I was stealing, & asked Me to empty My pockets. Which I emptied My pockets as I stated "this is rediculous" her reply was "is it rediculous?" "Yes it is!" As I showed her My empty pockets, she still continues on with " thats weird there's only 3 there, there was just 5!" Those numbers are made up, but it was also a females item. I'm a male, who does not buy female accessories. That was embarrassing for no reason. I gave 3 stars , had I not had that negative experience at this store, I would have easily put 5-stars. Every other employee is great, great supplies, great services.

I know this "older woman" and I am not sure what you consider "old" but she is by far "old" nor even "old" looking.This post is " ridiculous " , I agree with the " old" woman .The theft in this town has been insanity!! So blame those people!!!!They are ridiculous!!!! They have ruined us using checks !!! Using checks and getting at least 20 dollars back to go play bingo .Those people ruined it all and now every business is so scared and on edge now.So you must of been acting a certain way, or what not because they are super friendly there. So me also being in the business of retail, I don't think at this point in time with all these scammed and thieves in town that we need to post something of this manner.If you have an issue regarding the owners wife , I suggest you speak to the owners instead of hiding behind the internet.FYI ...the owners wife is the "old" woman and an owner. So please, man up and go in and talk to them in person and not hide and blast a poor business during these horrible times this town has been trapped in for a while now for some reason. We need more of our good old glenwood back when we trusted each other and didn't need to not accept damn checks like normal!! Or always on edge about someone stealing you're car ! I lock all my doors now !!!!So this is why ...... blame the people who have ruined this good towns trusting hearts!!!

This place is great. The staff are always willing to help and they have a wonderful selection of root beer and other glass bottled soda. If they don't have what you're looking for they will work with you and bring in what you need.

I called ahead to rent a power tool. I'm so thankful they had what I needed to get my job finished, and the rental price was fine. The tool worked great!

I got the best service at this store. I brought in my handbag, which needed a tiny screw to fix the metal ring that holds the strap. Sarah, who works there, opened an eyeglass repair kit and tried out the screw, which almost fit, but was too long. So she cut off a few millimetres, sanded the end, then screwed it back in with a bit of Gorilla glue. It was amazing! And cost me only $2.49 for the kit.

I think it's great that a small town like Glenwood has a hardware store like Ace.They have an amazing amount of items to choose from. Prices are reasonable too!
