They were nice enough to work around our reschedule when our plans changed. Usually our dog does not eat when we board him but when we picked him up he had eaten and looked very content to be there. Very nice people and will use them again.

Their website states they walk the dogs 4x per day and when I tried to explain which leash was which I was told “it’s okay you don’t have to leave it we probably won’t take them out” my heart sank instantly and when I have my husband a look she immediately back stepped and said “you can leave them my husband MIGHT take them out” within an hour of my 2 dogs being there she called to say they got out. The outside “run” was not shut and wanted me to come help her get them back in. They come when called so I told her to tell them to come and they did. Needless to say I had a family member go get them and we will never recommend them. We have 2 German shepherds and breed discrimination was definitely apparent!

Wonderful place with wonderful owners. It is clean inside and our dog was very well cared for. We will not hesitate to bring her back here.
