Update: 5 star customer service. I came back and my cashier was Charlie! He was very helpful and helped me sign up for the rewards program.!The store options alone make it a 5 Star Place. Now you may be wondering then why does it get three stars? This is due to the fact that the bathroom was atrocious with a little toilet paper pieces all over the floor. The other concern with that is that they have a sign on the door saying to reach out to an employee or management if it’s nasty, but an employee was in the bathroom at the same time as me and didn’t even bother to pick up any of the pieces… My other concern is about check out, the lines were fairly long when I walked in. This showed me that they should invest in 1 to 2 self checkout lanes. My other concern involving check out is the guy who was helping me, Ivan didn’t bother to say hello, ask how my day was, etc as most service workers usually do. I don’t have an issue with this as I understand that the place can be busy, and it can be tiring repeateing the same phrases over and over. My issue with this is he tried to hurry me out of his line so he could turn to the side next to his cash register and text on his phone. Also when the customer service line builds up, many people are behind the counter just chatting instead of helping people. Overall, I would say it’s a pretty good store when you compare the service to Walmart or other entities where the employees are just insufferable. I also want to point out and go back to the products that they offer. I am an avid baker, and they sell things here that I am only able to get on Amazon. The stuff they sell is not found at Walmart, Target or any other grocery store. I will definitely be back solely for that. I hope I get a better experience next time with the customer service so I can update my review.

We are not from Glencoe but from a neighboring town. We decided to shop at Coborns Grocery in Glencoe. What a pleasant experience the floor staff was very accommodating and nice. There is a check out Lady named Robin that was absolutely wonderful. Customer appreciation by the store employees is what our society is so lacking. Robin by far surpassed her kindness and job expectations. Thank you to Coborns and staff.

Their pharmacy is 100% better and faster than cashwise, walgreens and Walmart in Hutchinson. I wish I had switched a long time ago! They are so nicer, too.

Nice options, decent coupons and sales. More expensive than the big box stores, but to be expected with small town grocery stores. Also love the seasonal section.

This is the third time in a couple of months that the Coborns deli has run out of their breaded chicken. Its sad when a deli runs out of its most popular food item.

Coborn's did a great job at getting us some delicious sandwiches and beef roast for our wedding day lunch. We needed something easy and quick but filling and these options were really great to have for all our wedding party. Having a gluten free and dairy free option to have ready for those of us that needed it was really helpful too. Thank you for your help and for great options that tasted great!

Not helpful trying to order rolls for delivery for a special occasion. Called bakery, told to call Customer Service. Called them and told to order on-line and select Glencoe store. Try that several times Glencoe store does not show up as an option. So call the store again and explain I just want to order some rolls for delivery for Tuesday, which is one of the days they deliver. Still get the run around for the order. Never mind. I'll find somewhere else. The best response would've been...I'm sorry u are having issues. I'll take ur order and take it back to the bakery for u.

Nice clean store, has all the stuff you would expect from a grocery store. Prices may be a little higher than some bigger chains but not that much, and not worth the time and gas spent to a bigger chain. Prices have gone up every where for everything

The best part of going to Coborns is having Katie slice ham for me. You can get groceries, produce and deli meats at any store, but there is only ONE place you can find Katie. She's always friendly and full of smiles. I hope she works there forever!

It is a great place to get everything you need for a nice home-cooked meal or grab something quick to eat from the deli while you are at it go ahead and get some gas or some smoked it has it all.

Beautiful clean store. They sell indoor plants, that a person can actually afford! unlike the one in hutchinson! I almost always get a plant, and a steak from the butcher! It's a great store, thank you!!

This was my first visit to Coborn's. I really loved the Pennysaver. The gal at the deli was really sweet and gave my granddaughter a cookie. It was a chocolate chip cookie and it made my granddaughter super messy. And, very happy. I saved a lot of money on the shopping trip. I will I will definitely be going back.

My favorite grocery store!! The meat always looks red no brown color. Only place I will buy my meat and chicken from. Produce is great. Never bought a bad item from coborns.

i'll give em one star for being open at least....moved my business here in 2001 started buying my lunch's for 2 of us about 3 times a week...i did some math about 46.xxx dollars spent total, you would think things would get better after there move....but alas...was not the case....i consider my opinion pretty educated at this point on the store based on experiences, the deli side has progressed down ward lately to the point i just decided today to move on.....the food was okay...but only that....for a period we were getting a reasonable quantity enough to at least make it to dinner....but there cooperate greed and dis concern for there neighbors and there community....leaves me flabbergasted that anyone goes there anymore at all....they install some sushi bar and remove the cashiers station.....hardly ever see anyone buying it... and wait considerably longer at the typical single gas station check out to pay....you buy a dinner and your chained to the same dry dusty 3 sides to accompany it for life of add money to upgrade with no return consideration on the sides you payed for but didn't take....me and my son cant spend 25 bucks for lunch everyday....not to mention it's not worth 1/2 of that to begin with.....now the portions got smaller ....quality lesser....wait got longer to pay.....i don't pay homage to paying more and getting less....not to mention the staff [lately] are cold and mechanical....i kinda expect some one to say Hi...how are you doing today certainly when i spoke to them first similarly ...you can tell there heart's not in it....the entire experience has been mis managed and the decline in quality service etc.....when we get ready for lunch lately i just dread going over there being treated like a number..get mediocre over priced food to the point....today was my last for awhile maybe ever to go to this dreary dismal lunch stop....i hope for their sake somebody that cares see's this and somehow turn this back around....a sad former customer, signed Scott Sidwell
