I've driven by this place for years and have never tried it. We finally got a chance to try it and we're pleasantly surprised. It's a nice diner with friendly staff and some unique spins on food. Good fresh food at a fair price. I couldn't decide if I wanted breakfast food or their beef commercial that they say people come far and wide for. Then I saw the Loaded Breakfast Commercial. It wasn't very photogenic, but it was tasty! Definitely come hungry if you're going to try this. Both meals were good size. The pancakes are the kids order.We'll remember to stop on our way through in the future.

Really good american homestyle food some side items are just ok .prices are compairable with most diners .i would def stop again for the broasted chicken and/or the commercial smothered sandwiches ! Service was average but timely.pie's were great but would be much improved with a different crust.Update: went back and service was on point and the chilli was great

Bumps Family Restaurant is Amazing.Stumbled on this true Gem.The food is Amazing with Breakfast and Waffles served all day.We went for the pressure cooked Chicken 🐔 / Broasted.What a Fabulous dinner I must say 😋Every meal that I seen looked truly amazing. Comfort food for sure .Plus they have all kinds of Pies 🥧 Old school & Malts too Woo-Hoo.Definitely Love Bumps .Service was Spectacular with Lauren , she Rocks.So if you're out in Glencoe, Definitely stop at Bumps Family Restaurant, I know I will again.I want to try those amazing looking Waffles & Pancakes 🥞 😋Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly

The food was pretty good, but I feel the prices were kinda high considering it’s located in a very small middle of no where town. I had fried pickles and a burger combo. The fried pickles were the best I have ever had and the burger was just ok. They had breakfast and regular dinner options for dinner hours. I will definitely return for the pickles but I won’t be trying a burger again.

Nice family restaurant just off 212, very easy to get to. Staff and patrons were all friendly. I noted many locals eating there since they would get up and go to other tables to visit. I had "The Commercial" roast beef sandwich which is an old school fare done very well. Warm pecan pie and ice cream after was a good way to wrap it up. Good value.

Good home-cooked food served with a smile at a fair price in a pleasing atmosphere. We eat here every week-especially after church on Sunday morning! I highly recommend the meals at Bump's in Glencoe.Dietary restrictions: My husband and daughter both need to eat gluten-free.

Don’t bother ordering delivery lately all it has been is a hassle. This last time we ordered a Belgium waffle and pancakes. Food shows up with no fruit or whipped cream for the waffles so my kid is supposed to eat it plain and the pancakes have no syrup or butter with them. I called them back to get them to deliver it and they said they would be there as soon as they can meanwhile, I sit here with food getting cold.

This was the first time that the food was not up to par. I ordered my hashbrowns to be extra crispy, and when I got them, they were not extra crispy - they were still raw at the bottom. I asked the waitress about it, and she immediately took them back and deducted them from our bill. The problem was, when the cook sent out the 2nd batch of hashbrowns, nothing had changed. He blamed it on the manufacturer of the hashbrowns. This was the first time we have ever had a bad time, but we will not be returning because we love breakfast, and we love our hashbrowns. The management should have stepped in and done something about this. Raw hashbrowns are not great to serve your customers.

Order the "Commercial" Turkey or Shredded Beef with mashed potatoes bread covered in gravy Full Order. Take the rest home. Sometimes they have the full Order for $11.00 save $3.00 regular price for my Mom and I saved $6.00 I can't Order anything else yet so addicted to the Shredded beef plate.Kid-friendliness: My Nieces were entertained coloring cool menus and they had a great choice fries or fruit. They chose fruit.I'd get the fries lol! I'm the adult here.

Nice small town restaurant to go for breakfast on a Sunday morning after church. Our server was excellent and extremely patient with my son who has autism and practicing his social skills. I ordered the Panther combo because they donate $1 of it to the students of the school. You get a lot of food. Burgers fries and a shake!

Amazing grub, big portions! Wasn't sure what to order or if I needed to order more food but, I'm glad that I just ordered the biscuits and gravy. Waffle with strawberries was huge too, both were worth the money and both were filling.
