Pizza is good but almost everytime it's not finished on time. The store is meh and the employees are not the greatest, some are rude others just really don't want to be working, the pumps don't all work when you try to type in your zip code, but the main issue i have is DO NOT BUY MILK HERE! Everytime I've gotten milk it's been expired. I brought it up to an employee and they acted like it was no big deal, they said someone just didn't switch them out or it was the company that delivers the milk. Either way it's unacceptable. Probably the worst Casey's location I've been to unfortunately.

We like the pizza from Casey’s and it is the only place in town to get it but when you call in to order food they always try to discourage you from ordering they will say something like are you sure you want to order is going to be a long time we are really busy and I place the order and they told me 45 minutes I went in and they forgot to put my pizza in the oven and they asked me to come back in 20 minutes and went again in 20 minutes and they had forgotten to do it again so I had to stand I there for 10 minutes to put it in the ovenThe service is horrible

Very unprofessional. I’ve worked for Casey’s going on 7 years. Took a break moved and to go back. Did an interview with Rachel. Thought it went well was offered the job told to look for offer letter. After the interview I went to the restroom. As I came out the manager and 2 other grown adult employees were in the office talking as they were still in highschool. I don’t think the realized I could hear them until the manger said “ oh she’s coming shh”. You could have waited til I left. Also your warmers were empty the other night while your employee was by the trash can smoking weed. Ran poorly by children.

Stopped for gas here. Half the pumps not working. Squeegee tanks had virtually no water, and the squeegee blades were completely worthless. Had to manually re-clean the windshield with paper towels. When the gas was filled, it said I would have to go inside for my receipt. Really??? That's why people pay at the pump - so they don't have to go inside and wait their turn in line, just to get your receipt!!!!! I'm guessing they're just too cheap to refill the receipt paper in the pumps. What a dump.

Not only did we wait 1hr for our pizza but when we went to the store to pick it up it still wasn't done....waited 20 more mins....then the pizza looked like someone took a piece out of it...and surprisingly it was cold....not impressed. !Update! Manager was great! Called back and set up new pizza dude in the kitchen was great with making pizza!

I love their pizza but every time I have put an order in online it’s 10-15 minutes later. I once showed up on time for my pizza and was told the toppings I paid extra for they did not have, when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t even started my pizza or bothered to call prior to pick up time. Went there this morning for a breakfast pizza 10-15 minutes late (like I had showed up last night, which I also still had to wait in store for my order then too) and then the kitchen manager had the audacity to tell me “sorry your pizza isn’t fresh it was ready 10-15 minutes ago” my response was “I show up 10-15 minutes late every time I order from here and still wait.” The store manager continued to rant about how she has heard this not only from me yet continued on in a defensive manner while I was in store loud enough for me to hear and the cashier as well. Her response was terrible customer service, and I may never return to this location after my experience today. Way to treat loyal customers Gaylord location kitchen manager!

I ordered a pizza at 9:30pm. My pick up time was 10:05pm. I walked in about 3 min early and was told that the kitchen person just walked out around 9pm. Nobody bothered to call me so I could find elsewhere to feed my family from since it's a small town and everywhere else would be closed. Extremely FRUSTRATING!! After standing around for a few minutes wondering what I was gonna do...a replacement kitchen person came in (hour later) and proceeded to make my order. No apology, no discount, NOTHING!! Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with this store....just the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak.

Never going to Casey's in Gaylord ever again. Ordered pizzas online went to pick them up and was told they didn't have an order for us that we must have sent the order to Glencoe or it must be the App. So we redid the order to just go pick up in Glencoe. Just for Gaylord to call us a half hour later and say that if we didn't come pick up our pizzas they would throw them away. Ummm yeah no throw them away and refund my money. Lost my business sort yourself out Bud. After speaking to the manager and the area supervisor it was determined their FSL was the one we had dealt with.

They deliver with doordash but I live in Arlington and it doesn't reach this far, Wish they could change the radius to be able to reach Arlington... Because if it did I definitely would order more often since they have new kitchen staff.

This place is a mess ! The pizza is always under cooked and greasy (dripping with it) it's a horrible idea for a gas station! Unless you enjoy grease stains on your upholstery.The ice cream machine is consistently broken . Half the gas pumps don't work! And many of the staff are rude.. I'm stopping at the other convenience stores in town!

Called at 1018pm told they were shutting down the kitchen. Website says kitchen closes at 1130pm and it was verified 4 days ago. They said they would make it but with all the bad reviews I didn't want an angry person making my pizza.

6/4/22 at 10:50pm I ordered pizza and it was the worst pizza I have ever had. It was undercooked and my supreme pizza looked like a cheese pizza with the lack of toppings. I wish I could of took a picture of my dogs eating it.

They just got a facelift inside so now they have a true deli type feel. Always really good pizza. Prices are so so, a little expensive maybe when buying a fresh wrap or chicken but it works when you're on the go. Order pizza ahead of time tho, especially at dinner time. This place gets really busy.

I used to be a regular until recently spending close to 200 a month for gas, food ECT. However there has been 3 separate occasions during shift change i have been denied buisness due to changing the till. All cash transactions of course. The most recent i was planning on prepaying for some gas and a few packs of smokes with a 50 dollar bill. It would have resulted in a few dollars change. However when I went to checkout with two sodas in my hand before I could say anything I got cut off by cashier asking if I had a card. I responded i didn't and I showed him the 50 in my hand. He got angry and said I don't have change for that so I can't do the transaction, even before I said what I was going to buy. They lost 46 dollars in sales in an instant because they didn't let me speak. I'm done with this place. Going to shell down the street now.

3 cooler doors completely empty. That doesn't leave many options to drink, no water, no juice, a little bit of milk options otherwise pop or energy drinks. I won't hold the freezer against them which was also empty but I'm guessing that was broke down. Not to mention the time stamp on the bottom of my cheesy potatoes expired 45 min before I bought them. Over half the box got tossed in the trash because they tasted horrible.

Ordered pizza box meal. Pizza was so cold! Wings were cold! Breadsticks burnt! Plus I had to wait 2 hours for it to be made because they only had one cook and they needed to take a break. All that waiting for disappointing pricey pizza. So I called to complain. Got a replacement order that was the same disaster as the first! I watched them for 30-40 minutes because again they fell behind on orders. They had already made my pizza 15 minutes before they put my wings in the oven. It was just there on the table getting cold. Never ever ever will i eat at Gaylords Casey's pizza! The worst worst team ever. Would give it a zero if possible.

They have some of the best pizza. If u order ahead u can guarantee a certain type of pizza. Mostly a convenience store that also serves hot and ready foodDietary restrictions: You can ask them to make u something that suits your diet

This place is a disaster. Everything is constantly broken pumps, lighting, freezers. garbage is overflowing . Stop in at 630 pm and there is no pizza by the slice. The next day there is no coffee 🙃 . Who is running this disaster. ?

Horrible!! Spent $60 on Pizza and they couldn't even take the order. Had to go there as they don't hang up the phone . . . asked me to hold then forget about me . . . locals say it happens all the time. . . I won't do it again. . . Horrible service. Manager was supposed to call me the next morning and she is too lazy (they said she wouldn't) and she didn't! Very poor management, one star is too good.

Lazy staff and horrible service... Refused to make food 20 minutes before the kitchen closed and said their manager doesn't know how to order propane so we didn't get to exchange our tank because of the male cashier's excuse about the manager not knowing how to manage.
