This Holiday location is as easy to access as any convenience store or gas station could be. It's right on the corner of Highways 169 and 18; the only tricky part is the large amount of traffic during peak hours. The pumps and store are well-maintained and clean. There is a free air hose for pumping up your tires.

I travel all over the State of Minnesota for work. And this is the worst Holiday Station I've ever visited. One one of the urinals in the bathroom was out of order the last time through Garrison - and that is still the case. And the bathrooms are a mess!! I've turned the switch on more than once indicating the bathrooms need attention. They smell horrible!! The cashier was a young man, maybe named Dylan?? He was picking a wound on his arm of some sort when I walked up and I don't think he said more than two words to me. This place needs to step it up dramatically.

Great coffee and good cookies. We always stop. Gas up and head on out. Highly recommend. They are doing some work around the pumps, so it's a bit of mess, but it's still worth the visit.

It sounds like you guys need to quit your whining and give the man some respect for serving you guys on a Sunday and why would you ask him to turn on the pump without paying first are you one of them losers that steals gas get a job you losers good workers all around love this place

They been having problems with getting fuel and Jack's up prices even when they don't get fuel in there tanks. Day manager is bi polar and don't want to get on her bad side because she will talk to you out the side of her neck like your one of her employees. Lastly, they don't care about there locals. When they are the ones help keep that store going through the long winters when the visitors are back in the cities.

Whoever the older guy is that works at this location is a complete JERK! I’ve had problems with him and I’ve overheard others having issues also! If your gonna be rude to everyone then do it somewhere else!

Nice place to stop. Get a quick cup of coffee, (love the new way coffee is, and the bathroom is always clean). This Garison Holiday is almost half way point home for a great get out and stretch the legs.

My husband tried to fill our mini-van tonight but the worker refused to turn on the pump. He was very rude to us, just because their gas pump was blocking their view of our license plate. I walked in and tried to give him the # and he snidely remarked "I have to see it for myself"!! He was NOT willing to walk outside to see it and there were no signs posted at the pump to not use it. Have no idea how a consumer is supposed to know to not use that pump. I needed to use the restroom but each of the stalls were really dirty. Not old looking but actually nasty dirty! As I walked out they were yelling and another person from out of state to move there as he had parked in the wrong area. These employees need to learn to talk to people with respect and be courteous. Went down two blocks to the SA station and had great service and the staff actually asked if they could help us find something. For a Wednesday night not a weekend and NOT busy I would expect better service then this Holiday store offered.

Pretty Rare when I feel the need to post a negative review but while getting condiments for my brats, holiday employee reaches in front of me to put the sauces in their display, making physical contact... Ok things happen but when the other human I was with who was standing right next to me and was also invaded asks employee sarcastically'oh reaching in between us huh?' and employee responds with a rude yes... And acts as if we were in the way...The staff here is pretty rude always... That's my most recent example

Just stopped here and the clerk acted like he was forced labor. Young guy. For cripes sake, if you don't want to work, leave. The customer is doing you a favor not the other way around.

Bought 9 big cookies. Got up north and they are so old and hard. I called the store and they said bring in my receipt. It was a gas receipt I didn't get. I've never before got bad cookies from a holiday. And I get them at every store.

We were just in this store to get breakfast for five of us and the guy that preps the hot snacks spazzed and swore at my wife. ITS YOUR JOB to keep the food in the warmer.

It's great some gas stations go the extra mile to be consistent with how they present themselves and Holiday is one of those. Quick in and out, if a line forms, another register opens up. Wish they had a rewards program for fuel.

I tried to purchase food from this station today at 11:15 am. One clerk was trying to find the right tobacco for a customer. Two other clerks were chatting. I asked if they could open the other register so I could pay. They ignored me. I left my product on the counter and walked out. You clerks need to learn COURTESY ! Seems I am not the first to mention this!!!

johnny or larry (cant remember his name) was very rude, went in for gas and eggs (which I was happy to find out previously that they had) and after attempting to break them, he had a terrible attitude when I asked if I could recheck them to make sure none got broken. then i asked him who the manager was, and his exact words were "I'm the manager right now".. seriously? I worked in a gas station some years back, the manager rarely if ever works Sunday night after 6pm. they have pleanty to do during the day. and this isn't the first time I've seen a rude temperment from this man. it's customer service and he failed,then lied. i will be visiting the store to find the actual manager and straighten this out, because aside from this one individual, its a nice establishment. I would like to suggest that if you see this middle-aged man of about 5 1/2 ft tall, short dark hair, with glasses to take your business elsewhere when he is the only person on shift.

There's only one cashier that I don't like because he's rude and he took my scratch offs and paid my bill and didn't let me buy any more scratch offs I'm highly upset he who is he to tell me how to spend my money

Clean, fresh, efficient, and busy. Most appreciated by the locals. Good prices, well stocked. Sandwiches and bakery goods are excellent. Variety and 24 hrs. Cant beat that.

Stopped by today 1/17/19 and parked in the handicapped area which was the only spot with solid ice where they want you to get out of the car, so I went in and told the cashier about the problem which I think fell on deaf ears because he didn't seem to be worried about it . wonder if he will still be as nonchalant if one of his customers falls.
