If I could give them a zero I would. Worst experience here. This so-called “manager” was so rude and was arguing with me because I should’ve had a free pizza because of my rewards which is buy 10 large pizzas get one free. I was at 8 pizzas and I bought 3 tonight so I should’ve had a free one and he sat and argued with me and raised his voice which caused me to raise my voice as well. Even when an employee went to grab him he gave me a dirty look immediately which obviously irritated me already. He was very dirty looking, was wearing a dirty shirt with a construction vest. What an outfit for your job like that. Such a joke. Will not go here again and will not recommend for take out.

In the past year or so this location has gone down hill. The new hires are eating behind the register, picking their nose, have poor body hygiene and you have to tell them what to do everytime. Dave is still awesome. Without Dave, Cyndi, Kandi or Deshaun this location wouldn't feel like a friendly location. Manager comes off rude and never seems happy when dealing with customers. When she is "inconvenienced" to go into the cooler to check for product (because 85% of the cooler shelves are bare, a good portion being extremely popular products), she gets an attitude. If the cooler was stocked regularly, that could probably be avoided. She even seems to run off some of the good employees that they do get and the slobs stay (Not the last few good ones). Even the pizza has gone down hill at this location. Except when one other young man makes it, unfortunately I don't know his name. I do wish that this location would get better people but when you are only willing to pay 11 or 12 people are going to go to other locations that will pay more even if they have to drive 16 miles for better pay at the same job.

I went into this Casey’s store at 8:00 PM looking to get something to eat quick on the way home. There was absolutely no food to purchase. Nothing in the pizza warmer, and nothing in the sandwich cooler. There were plenty of employees there to do something about it and no one offering to make something or solve the problem. Why is it when I worked at Casey’s I remember making pizza up to and past 10:30 PM but this Casey’s doesn’t even put out pizza past supper time? Convenience store? What a joke.

It's good just got to train your employees to listen I walked in there today and the one working I asked for Marlboro gold 100 an he does not use his eyes or listen to what people are asking for he just stand here like he does not know where things are at I told him 3 to 5 time where Marlboro gold 100 were at and he went to the opposite sides of where they was.
