I buy 95% of my meat from Ketters. We grill a lot, and also have a small football team of kids to feed.We eat quite a bit of meat, primarily Beef. I won't go anywhere else!I just recently got a full sirloin, they prepared the cuts to my liking. It was about 13 lbs. (It was devoured in under a week).Excellent quality meat, well marbled, and they trim the fat so your hard earned money doesn't go down the drain.There's a reason Ketters has been around forever, it's due to professional Butchers, and top quality selection.

Not enforcing a mask mandate to your staff or patrons that buy from you while handling food is incredibly reckless. Giving people who pay good money to have good meat, but potentially spreading viruses to your customers is not worth the buy. You wear a mask for OTHERS, NOT for yourself. Even more so bashing others coming into your store wearing a mask...The topic of the snapping turtles poached a while back during mating season, and more then 10x the legal limit of shells (live and dead)....You all should be ashamed.

Bad customer service for bring 4 steers in. Doesn't give all meat back when you ask for certain cuts. Would never recommended to anyone or be willing to go back. Straight up lies to your face.

Their products are delicious, make no mistake.But during the pandemic, the staff are not masking, nor are they asking the public to mask despite the state mandate. They are doing this for political reasons. It's very disappointing that they would endanger the lives and health of staff and customers because of this. It gives one an awful feeling that they would ignore science and health in an establishment that processes food.It's hard to reconcile.

I have been having my venison processed by Ketters for 20 years and have sworn by this place. This past year I was treated very poorly. I had to raise hell to get the processing done when they said they would have it, didn't get what I ordered and was still getting charged for it. So far 2 out of 6 packages of roast have been unuasable scrap with lots of taloe and deer hair...I will be taking all of my meat processing needs elsewhere.

They steal from their own customers and sell illegally harvested turtle meat. Please, do not support this business, there are so many better options. How they are still in business boggles my mind.

They certainly will cut your venison or what have you, but will also steel from your cuts for their own freezer and store front without you knowing it.. I would not recommend this place

This place was illegally possessing and paying poachers for snapping turtle meat. They literally had over a ton of frozen meat and live turtles in their possession to sell online. Sick.
