Opens late at least once a week. Checkout counter might have a cashier otherwise you'll have to choose between finding someone yourself or waiting 5-10 minutes. Taking my money elsewhere even if I have to spend a little more.

Was waiting for 10 minutes to check out. I seen the one cashier outside smoking and she looked at me at the counter and continued to smoke. Am not sure if she was the only one but could not find anyone else in the store. I finally put my purchase in a shopping basket and left no thanks. I heard the cashier say I better get back to work as I walked to my truck. WORST SERVICE EVER!

I always find what I'm looking for at this Dollar General in Frazee when I visit. The staff are helpful with getting something down from a shelf if it's too high for you. Prices are affordable. There's a variety of products too.

This may be the worst Dollar General I have been to. One of the people who work there (or their S.O.), brought in all their kids. They were running around, screaming, crying, throwing tantrums… EVERYTHING. They were throwing toys everywhere, banging products on the shelves… one of the very nice guy employees was trying so hard to clean the bathroom and run the register at the same time. These kids kept screaming in his face, running around while he was cleaning, asking where their dad was, etc. They were yelling across the other side of the store to each other while screaming. I felt so bad for the employee that was just trying to work while these people treated this store like a personal playground. It gave me so bad of a headache, I had to leave. I am never going back here. I rate two stars because of the nice employee that helped us. Very disrespectful of actual customers that an employee would let their kids act like this. Other people in the store who were trying to shop were also obviously fed up. Around 5:30 P.M. May 13, 2023.

Just moved to Frazee a week or 2 ago and first time I was in the store literally the most disrespectful service I’ve ever had and got kicked out because she thought I was someone else. To forgot the fact that this interaction all started because I asked for a garbage can and instead of saying it’s around the right side of the building, she proceeded to give me short rude answers until I through it outside to pick up when I walked out. Never will I spend my money there. But the family foods in Frazee was super nice and delightful. If you ready this go to family foods not dollar general!!

4 months ago this dollar was Filthy inside and out garbage everywhere. Inside floors looked like they hadn't be sweep or mop. But they have made a nice turn around on clean and kinder staff.

I shop here all the time,I love the prices & variety of items is outstanding considering it's a small town store. the employees are friendly & knowledgable on what they have on hand. If your in need of last minute groceries or want to check out "as seen on tv" items & a little of everything in between this is a great place to do it.

Great selection. Really nice staff. Cashier Shelley was great. Had an item under the wrong price (2 items were swithed around on the shelves) and it rung up higher than what I was expecting. Since all those items were mixed up by them she price matched it to the lower price. Was not expecting that at all.

Great place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This isn't a regular ole' dollar store. They have quite the selection from milk, and cakes, to duct tape, motor oil as well as socks and underwear to name just a small percentage of the items. Reminds me of a miniature kmart, or walmart.

An open bottle of bleach spilled on my husband's shirt and pants. and the employees would do nothing to help him. They would not even offer a bathroom for him to wash of the bleach. We left and went to a nearby Walmart's bathroom. His close were ruined!We will never shop there again.

This place has been a life saver for those odds and ends that normally lead to the dreaded Walmart run. Although it's sad it hurts small town businesses, that's just capitalism. The staff is always very friendly. I was skeptical at first but it's exactly what Frazee needed.

It's nice you don't have to go all the way to Walmart to get certain stuff still some of it is high price like their Pizza. I paid almost $6 for a pizza that should have been $4.

My wife is a couponer, the woman working, I think she was the manager I'm not sure with all the coupons my wife put this poor woman through I didn't catch her name or job title but she was awesome! Thank you so much for being so great with all those!

This is not the first time they've been closed when they're supposed to be open. The hours on the doors are posted, it's not a Holiday, yet the light's are on and the cash register is on, doors locked, WTH?!

Seems to be a newer location, so it is a bit clustered inside as they continue to get it fully set up, but the staff were polite, a little distracted but again seems they were still getting everything fully set up
