I’ve tried all the local groomers and Kari does the best job with my pup Lula.She’s very kind and responsive and my dog isn’t traumatized when she gets home as she was with another local groomer.You do have to call to schedule (or schedule your next visit while you’re picking up your pet) and she’s always returned calls when I call after hours or when she’s busy with another pet.I 100% recommend PetStyles!

Kari & her staff do a wonderful job grooming my 2 dogs and take good care of them while they are there. They never mind going to get groomed again, and that says a lot.

They are such friendly people. My dog Mulan needed some TLC. They did a fantastic job. It also rained, and the place flooded, and they still did such great work and took extra care. I would highly recommend it, and I will be back. Thank you 😊 💓

I have been taking my shihtzu here for almost 10 years. Kari does a great job, but she’s not friendly.It’s also so hard to get an appointment with her. I’ve called numerous times and left messages, but no call backs. I finally gave up waiting. (She must not want my business)Thankfully we found a new place, closer to home! The new groomer is such a sweetheart! I feel like my dog is also happier there!

These ladies do a wonderful job every time!!! It's hard to control our pups as they always tore up the pavement trying to get into the Petstyles Grooming Shop! DO NOT GO HERE. THE OWNER IS DISRESPECTFUL AND ABUSIVE.THEY ALSO CHANGED THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS.The owner picked my dog up by the neck by the leash to put it on the table to be groomed. As my puppy was screaming I asked her not to do that. She snidely replied he’s just fine. And it’s a girl 😒

We have a yorkie mix who can be a little high strung. This is the best grooming experience we have ever had. Very pleased with how they handled him and let him stay up front so hewouldn't have anxiety about being alone since he's a rescue dog and was abandoned.

We had been going here for years. The owner has been very rude and disrespectful to us the last few visits. We had made appointments and she was late the last few times and then was rude to us. We wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. If she treats people terrible I worry about their pets!

I brought my dog Tarah there,several times years back she was a BEAUTIFUL , BRIGHT , Lhasa apso,but VERY difficult...I loved her though and even though she was always VERY naughty and bitey with Groomer's they always serviced her with patience, a smile and a welcome back...very, very much a rarity...you will forever have my thanks...and they were also excellent with my BEAUTIFUL,PRECIOUS,SMART PRINCESS cat Bella,she's a tortie colored Siamese Mane coon.thank you all for the wonderful service also they never charged extra for poor behavior...highly appreciated.
