First time visitor and the staff was super friendly. But I don’t think they did everything they said they would do for services. My puppy’s paws weren’t trimmed, ears weren’t cleaned and the other services I had requested weren’t completed too. Had to take him back the next day to get the extra service redone. They took about 2 hours to get him groomed which was pretty long in my opinion leaving my puppy super drained and tired. But he came back smelling good and soft. So I’ll only take him back for baths and blow dry.

I brought my 10# dog here a month ago for a shampoo, nail trim and fur trimmed on her paws. No full haircut and no nail grinding. No anal gland expression.It took them 40 minutes. I was charged $59+tip. .They quoted me less on the phone at $50- (which is still expensive) and the woman said sorry but what they quoted earlier was a mistake.They did an ok job - her nails were scraggly and snagged a blanket on my sofa so I had to re-trim 2 of them.I have paid $60 elsewhere in town (not at Petsmart) for the works- including shampoo, full haircut and nail grinding.I wanted to give them a try and they were nice and all but I feel like their prices are higher than other professional groomers for what my pup received.

Oliver has been going here since he was a puppy. Camille has been his groomer for 9 years now. She does an amazing job! She shows him a lot of love!

Brought my dog Gidget in today for the first time, we have been to several other groomers in the past 4 years since we adopted her. Our lab pup doesn't need full grooming services, but we love to bring him to Ma and Paws for his baths and nail trims! The staff know and love him and he always comes out extra soft and smelling nice. Ma and Paws comes strongly recommended!

Thank you for carefully grooming my geriatric dog, Spirit. You took great care of her and she felt so beautiful afterward; she would prance around. Spirit passed last Friday. This place is so great! The staff are always happy & friendly. You can tell that they really love their jobs! I so appreciate that they always seem to be able to squeeze us in for a quick nail trim. I can't wait to visit them at their new location....which reminds me *please make a note to call ahead to ask about appointment availability for the next few months, as they are moving between locations... you wouldn't want to miss them*

First time at Ma and Paws. My 15 yr old Maltese poodle hadn't been professionally groomed for 2 years. I've been scissor cutting him, but it was really time. His last groomer retired and he hasn't been anywhere - he's a nervous guy. Alena (I hope I got that right!) listened attentively to all my nervous mama chatter. When I picked him up, he was calm and ADORABLE. She got him just perfect. So glad to have found them.

Had a great first experience at Ma and Paws! After recently moving to this area, I was nervous for finding a new groomer because my little 5lb morkie is terrified of the groomers and vet, and I was told he was very well behaved here and Julie did an amazing job on his cut and taking care of him! I can tell when I picked him up, he was more calm than he was at his old groomers.Such a relief to find such a great groomer for my dog, with such friendly staff and well worth the price!! I will absolutely be back!!

I've been going to Ma and Paws for years--great customer service and special care for my senior dog and my new trouble maker. The staff is fantastic and fun to work with--Marie is outstanding and shows she really cares for your pet like its her own. I especially like the open grooming area--you can see exactly whats being done with your pet and how it is handled. We were looking for a groomer that was friendly with dogs at a reasonable price... Ma & Paws exceeded our expectations on both! Our dog came back beautiful and just as importantly, was happy now cowering like she did at some other groomers. The price was also very fair. We'll definitely be coming back!

We always schedule with Marie, the owner-such a sweet lady. Our dog has severe anxiety and she really does well here. Also had our bunny's nails trimmed too. Fabulous service and family-like friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone!
