I normally don’t complete these requests, however Lakes Floral went above and beyond for myself and 8 of my neighbors recently. So, I feel the need to share our experience. One of our neighbors was taken to the hospital and had an extensive emergency surgery. She was in ICU after surgery. Then scheduled to be moved to Room 349 the next day. Nine of us neighbors went together to send her a floral bouquet from Lakes Floral. We were told that they would deliver it the following day. When the delivery arrived at the hospital, the driver was told the recipient was still in ICU and they couldn’t accept the flowers. Lakes Floral contacted me and said I should let them know once our friend was actually moved to her regular hospital room and they would go back with the bouquet for her. Sadly, several days went by and she was never moved out of ICU, only because there were no available open rooms. Finally, after one week in ICU she was discharged. When I called Lakes Floral to let them know she was home. They offered to deliver a new fresh bouquet to her home at no extra charge. I am attaching a photo of the original bouquet as well as the replacement bouquet. They are both equally beautiful. Thank you to Lakes Floral for going the extra mile.

I took my 3 (very young) boys into the shop to pick out special flowers for their Grandma. EVERY worker was so kind to not only me, but my sons. The staff did an excellent job wrapping the bouquets and when she finished she asked the boys if they’d like their very own flower…. Excited was an understatement! Lakes Floral is always our “go-to”. ♥️

I recently needed a last minute flower arrangement for a funeral. I called Lakes Floral to make sure it could be delivered the next morning. The person on the phone was so kind and helpful while I found the right plant to send. She had to check on many things as we talked through it and she remained completely friendly, helpful and sympathetic through the whole conversation. The arrangement they put together was perfect and arrived on time.

Using Lakes Floral Gift & Garden for years! We use them to express our company's condolences when our employees go through a loss. LF G&G are quick to respond to our floral needs and sent throughout the US with timely delivery, even with late afternoon notice for next day delivery. Needless to say, but I will anyway, arrangements are always beautiful and appreciated by our employees. Our orders are seamless and on occasion when we have special requests, they never disappoint. Very disappointed in this place. Would highly recommend you just stay away from purchasing jewlery here. My husband got me a pair of earings for my birthday and before i was able to even take them off the packaging they fell apart. Two days after purchase he tried to get them replaced and because of the oversight of the cashier not giving us a receipt, they refuse to work with us. We have gotten so much from this location in the past, even our wedding flowers, but their customer service has really declined. That will be the last time we set foot in this store due to the way they treat their customers. Savr yourself the heartache of getting a gift for a loved one from here. Go to a flower and gift store that values those who support them.

Wow! I called and asked for a special arrangement for my daughter. I explained that it was her Senior year and that she'd just completed her courses for graduation. I explained that with Covid, this year has been anything but normal and that I wanted something extra special to celebrate her achievement.
