Don't know if I caught the staff on a bad day or what, but from the moment I walked in, they were rude and very short with me. It just felt uncomfortable and awkward. I also wasn't allowed to go to the exam room with my cat for some odd reason, never experienced that before. The one lady at the front desk has *repeatedly* mispronounced my cat's name regardless of my attempts to correct her, a very simple and commonly used name at that. I'll stick with the Milaca location where they're actually friendly.

I cannot say enough nice things about the people working at the Foley vet clinic! We just adopted a farm dog who needed major tick removal and they went above and beyond to get him in right away, shaved him down, and removed over a hundred ticks! The love they showed to our dog and helpfulness of information for us regarding medication options (that were both effective and budget friendly) was incredible. I am so thankful. Highly recommend!

Needed care for my friend's dog as soon as possible after she was attacked by other dogs. She couldn't walk hadn't eaten and was in extreme pain. The clinic was so kind and made time for us that morning. The doctor was able to calm my nervous pup and she very quickly trusted him and allowed him to check out all her injured areas, he was patient attentive and seemed to really care. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes with prescriptions and all and my pup finally ate something as soon as we got home she was even limping around and I could tell she felt relieved. Thank you for your help with Betsy!

They were able to see my cat with a last minute and same-day appointment right before the holidays. Everyone was incredibly nice and thorough. They did a great job explaining everything and checking in while my cat was being taken care of. My cat was in rough shape and I greatly appreciate their care- I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

This is such an amazing vet clinic. Our cat suffers from asthma and gets upper respiratory infections quite often, but Dr. Rochelle and her staff were always so amazing to him, doing just the test they needed to treat him, without doing anything unnecessary or overpriced for no reason.They always asked me before doing anything, no matter how big or small it was, and I always felt all the staff here was focused on giving my baby his best life. On top of all that, they're super reasonable with their prices, but, to be honest, I would pay way more if they asked because I can trust them with my angel's life. Love this clinic and Dr. Rochelle.

Amazing staff and physician (Dr. Rochelle). They have been my cat and dog vet since 2014. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. As Life would have it, I had to send two cats across the Rainbow Bridge in an 18 month span. Dr. Rochelle and crew were caring, supportive, and treated my companions as if Munchkin and Suki were their own. A+ across the board.

I have only used this vet for large animal services (Equine). I have used their services for the last 4 years. Dr. Bonnie is hands down the best vet. I have used other vets from Anoka Equine but Bonnie is the most compassion, patient, and caring large animal vet out there. Prices are reasonable but my only complaint is they do not have payment plan options other than care credit, which did not work for me.Highly recommend Dr. Bonnie!

I normally don't write reviews, but I think others should know my experience. They were very friendly when I scheduled my apt. for a cat neuter and the drop off in the morning went well. But I dropped my cats off at 7:30am and I had to call them at 2:30 to see how my cats were doing. When I picked them up, one cat smelled really bad with the male urine smell and I'm told no bathing for a week..my other cat I get home and he is so mad and not himself. I look down there and that area was VERY swollen, red, and bleeding. I called the vet because they closed in 10min to get an e-collar because I assumed it was very irritated and the Dr. Told me he had been licking during the day. Why wasn't an e-collar put on him during the day to prevent this swelling and soreness that led to his grumpiness? I guess it is not the experience I wanted my cats to have at a vet.

Had an equine emergency today (Sunday....do emergencies ever happen during regular vet hours of service?? Sighs....) Dr Nord arrived within 2 hrs. He has had a long weekend but he arrived ready to take on another emergency and gave us his usual first rate service ..Dr Nord was thorough and quick. Our horse was through the "rough patch" but Dr Nord was able to offer further suggestions and ideas. Thank you THANK YOU for your outstanding service on this cold, winter, weekend, day. I have worked with other vets at this clinic as well and have always received outstanding, quick and complete care! Thank you so much for being there when the tough times hit! Blessings....

So caring and honest! I starting bring my puppy here when I got her last summer. She's a Mini Aussie/Pitbull and I havent had to deal with a bit of discrimination. I wish I could havent gotten her fixed at this location but they were booked up and it was kind of an emergency. Anyways, when I brought her in the first time she was diagnosed with Parvo. She picked it up at the meeting point but was fighting it well. The Dr.Hegman gave me her personal opinion about how to handle the situation which I always appreciate so much more than just the professional stand point. We went ahead with treatment and she made it! Not only did she pull through but Dr.Hegman corrinated with several vets across the state who were treating several of my pups siblings and they pulled through also! They're treatment plan and support were amazing. Not only that but they did it at a reasonable price. Treating parvo is listed as one of the more expensive diseases to treat because of extensive hospital stays and round the clock care. They taught me how to do everything my self and were there every time I called in a panic.I have also used Mille Lacs vets in both Becker and Foley. I loved Becker when I lived there. Good prices for getting my cats fixed on a college kid budget and helpful and informative when it came time to say goodbye to a sweet old friend. I can't say good things about Foley yet as they're receptionist needs a lesson is customer service. That blonde lady at the front desk has serious attitude issues. Also even after informing the vet who was checking me in that she has the wrong paper work for the wrong dog, she didn't acknowledge what I was telling her. She had the wrong name and sex of the dog! I corrected her at least 6 times before she had a oh maybe I have the wrong paper work moment. I almost left.But back to Milaca Clinic.They've also been very caring and helpful in the passing of several long time family members. A cat and 2 ponies. Not that price is a huge thing, but they're prices help lesson the burden of saying goodbye. Not only that but when the vet showed up to take care of my elderly ponies, he was caring and,soft handed and even pointed out a sick goat in my herd and gave a quick diy fix. I cant say enough about how great these people are!
