I was at Baxter Home Depot this afternoon and received excellent service. Worker in paint dept. Opened closed isle so I could get paint stain needed to finish a project. I live 45 miles from store and grateful I could get today.Then Cheryl in lumber area helped me load 2 large boards into my RAv 4 after discovering no " loaders" were available.Both gave excellent service.

If only you people knew how to treat people with mental disabilities. This places management is pathetic and this business as a whole is pathetic you will be getting reported for mistreatment of employees it's pathetic and nobody should shop at this place. Casey, Eric, Jean, tonda any of the supervisors are pure jokes. So do not apply here shop here or anything. Pathetic.

Great that this store is in Fergus Falls, but do not ever order "Same day delivery" for $35. I was called 2 hours before my 10 hour scheduled delivery timeframe window to tell me my order wasn't getting delivered for several days. They didn't have a truck to deliver a few small things. When asked if I could adjust the order, I couldn't because the order was apparently already placed. Honestly, I could have probably ordered it from Fargo for the same delivery price and would have received it shortly after (within 3 hours) of ordering it. I know Menards offers that at least from Fargo, and I would have received rebates at least.It's too bad, I really wanted to think this town could suppprt this big box chain store by offering same day delivery as offered in most communities that this store is located in but unfortunately it will probably be another failed business in town.

Went looking for parts for snow blower. At least 3 employees just standing around and no one to help me. Absolutely ridiculous... I will be spreading by word of mouth that the home depot in Fergus falls, mn is not the place to shop if you are looking for any help with anything you might need. I will be telling people to shop at fleet farm because their employees actually help you not just stand around looking lost..

Employee at the door helped me with electric mobility chair ( he was very pleasant). Went looking for water pump switch, another employee in plumbing isle, ask if he could help me. I told what I needed and he directed me to it. Check out time, self check out, had problem ( military discount), another Home Depot employee helped me with check out, then sent me to service counter to straighten problem out so it does not happen again. Happy again.

On 5/12 visited the Home Depot in Fergus Falls, MN. My husband and I were looking for 2 window ac units which were listed online in that stores inventory. We want to Thank Heather from the garden center for her professionalism, diligence and determination in finding these units for us. She went above and beyond. We greatly appreciate her kindness,as she utilized other team members to assist in locating these products. WELL DONE!

Staff are always friendly, not usually a line when going to check out. Floors and aisles are usually well maintained. Unfortunately a lot of the time the plants are less than acceptable to buy though, especially at some of the prices they charge. Not that all the plants are poorly priced, but I shouldn't be paying for a full plant when I'll have to prune half of it off just so it doesn't look like it is in plant fight club.

When I had to come shopping for plants which is not my cup of tea. Kero was so very helpful, she took away my shopping anxiety and I think she should be a personal shopper to help people here.... But I just wanted to make sure that home Depot knew how much I appreciated that. Typically I go into a store and walk around for about an hour and a half and leave with almost nothing. She helped me get what I needed and be out of the store within 35 minutes. Thank you, kiro

I've been shopping at the store for over a decade, but that's often when I don't have another choice. Consistently and reliably poor service, unfriendly staff, long wait times, items not in stock– you get the idea.When possible, I head across the street the competitor that also has the orange logo.

Good store , the staff are friendly and helpful. I think some prices could be more competitive with both online and other retailers. Overall have had good quality of goods.Wish home depot would recycle or donate unsold / or damaged packaged goods.

We couldn’t find any of the items we needed. Help was almost as hard to find. There’s little rhyme or reason to where things are located. We walked out and immediately headed to the nearest Menards even though it would mean an extra 100 miles round trip. What a waste of time!

Home Depot is not my favorite "Home" store, but it's pretty good. I think they could have more staff on duty - as it's usually an effort to locate a sales associate not helping someone else. That said, the staff is usually very helpful and can point you in the right direction even if they do not have the answer.Although I could not find any of the items I was looking for on my most recent, that happens from time to time, and I wouldn't let that dissuade you from stopping by for your home needs.

Recently visited and was reminded about how big their store and selection is, they have whatever you need and the staff is always very helpful. The bathrooms are large and always nice and clean. It's a good place to shop especially if you want to avoid the very cramped and not so selective walmart. Self checkouts are always available.

We were in to buy a new bathroom toilet... We had a few questions so a clerk sent Roger over to help us.... He was very knowledgeable about everything we wanted to know. If you're at Home Depot and need to know abt plumbing then ask for Roger.. He is the person to talk to..... Hopefully the 'bosses' realize that also....

I am quite certain no one actually works at this store. Nearly impossible to find an employee to check the availability of any items. Hard to get help when you can’t find any. Their website shows shows “limited stock” for an item which in all reality means out of stock. An associate could not verify if the the item was in stock and pointed me in the direction of customer service where I stood in line for 20min before leaving.Very unsatisfied with the overall experience at this store. Unless you know exactly where an item is located, do not waste your time stopping here.

Mark A was extremely helpful in explaining to me about deck products. Very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me the various products, explained each and told me what else I needed beside the wood for the basics. Mark A was very personable and helpful.

Great place, great people. Organized and clean. Very easy to deal with for returns or warranty issues. They even look up a receipt for a Ryobi tool warranty from 30 months ago when all I knew was the year of purchase. I shop there even when things are available online to support our local economy and job market.

Horrible customer assistance. Walked up to 2 employees with a question, one looked at me and then went back to talking with the other employee, I finally just walked away. Chased around the store until I finally found someone who could answer a question. Self checkout was another story. Had an error and it announces customer needs assistance. Employee behind service counter just stared at us. No one bothered to come. Wife finally had to yell out for someone to come and clear the stupid thing so we could check out. Very disappointing shopping experience at this store.......

I'll start this off by saying I'm not quite sure how to give a review for such a nation wide franchise that has existed forever, and most people often visited growing up with their parentsI mean they're pretty much all the same except for the staff. So that's where I will place my focus in this review, even though I only interacted with two of the staff members.This was my first time visiting a home depot in many years, and also the first time visiting as a first time home owner. I had some things I needed to fix a few problems around my newly purchased house, and the staff were excellent at helping.This employee that I ask, looked like he might have been heading to his break, but he insisted on helping after I asked, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable, he walked around the entire store with me showing me options and giving me ideas on how to fix my gutter.In the end I got what I needed for the fix, and felt confident in my ability to do so with the items I had purchased after talking to this staff member.The other staff member was the cashier who was very kind and friendly and made us feel at home, even when one of our items wouldn't scan and she had to come with us to get the code from the aisle for it.Very great staff and very great store, I would visit again and again (and probably will as I continue working on my new home).

Horrible customer service the last few years I had to lift a toilet from an upper shelf by myself and then my last trip I had a tote and other items they accused me of shoplifting at the checkout because I had the items in the tote and tried to buy them I have spent thousands of dollars here in the last years and was planning on spending more but now I will never shop there again

I'd highly reccomend staying away from getting any work contracted through here. What a head ache with terrible customer service. Ended up having to find our own contactor as they never delivered on what they said they were going to do.

If I can't find it in Wheaton? I can find it there.I had the best customer service in my life there. A man name Perry. I asked him a question in passing, he was helping someone else. I went to lighting he found me. Helped me, and he had a great personality and he didn't stop till we found what I needed. He was disappointed that they only had 3 of the product I needed. It was funny.
