Krystyne is one of the best people I’ve ever met. She groomed my first Maltese well into his senior years with care and always putting his needs first. My second Maltese is an anxious little thing that yelps like a game of operation but Krystyne patiently works with her and gives me tips on how to work with her at home.Don’t for a second pay any attention to negative reviews left by horrible, entitled people. The world can be awful. Krystyne makes her community and the world a better place. Don’t trust anyone else in Fergus Falls with your animals.

Our Sir Louie always gets treated like the Royalty that he is!! We ordered him a deluxe pup cup, exit bath and nail trim...he came out of the spa a new Boston terrier!! Sir Louie loves coming here,,as soon as we pull up to the spa he's all fours 🐾 to the front door! He's familiar with the staff as they do a wonderful job with him!! She recently went out of her way to help me during a time of great stress and I will be forever grateful. So, by all means, bring your pets to be pampered and cared for, but understand that you are supporting a business owner who really cares for her community and the people in it.

What a great place! Both employees we interacted with were extremely nice. They have a great lobby with chairs and even a really nice bathroom in the lobby! It was convenient that they offer professional grooming services. I also loved the way we booked our (last minute) reservation on a website with all the options clearly articulated. Our dog still hasn't told us about all the fun he had because I bet he thinks we won't bring him back there 😉 their prices are fair as well.One critique for mgmt- when we dropped/picked, I was going to sit on one of the luxurious chairs but they were full of hair. Might be good to vacuum them if one of their goals is to make the customer feel more comfortable. But maybe they're there for a different reason like employee break area.

Last fall I adopted a large doodle who had not been groomed in a very long time, if ever. Krystyne and her staff at Soapy Puppy agreed to take on the challenge and got the mess off my boy. showing him nothing but care and patience. I have happily continued to drive the 60 miles (each way) to bring him back to her for that level of service, and he leaves looking great every time!

Brought my older pup to get groomed and was greated at the door. The owner runs her business in the downstairs of her house while still making the environment very professional, clean and relaxing. I felt like she took a lot of care to make sure my pup felt comfortable. I'll definitely be bringing my dogs here again. Excellent grooming job, prices are reasonable and a very friendly establishment.

Chelsea took such amazing care of my puppy, Opal!!! I stopped in to check out possible boarding for my two dogs next month. The employee gave me kennel sizes and said I could look through the door but not go in. For me first time boarding I basically want to KNOW the facility and kennels are clean. I can't know that without actually seeing them .I know other facilities allow a potential customer do a walk thru of the facility. SO likely won't board therePerhaps you should have said you require an appointment to view a kennel you can't actually see the inside of a kennel from the door.Privacy of your clients? Your not under hippa laws as a medical facility it's pet lodging.
